The service, price and location of the hotel was very good. Also, I felt very safe staying there. The staff went above and beyond to book me and my coworker, when we needed to stay an additional night. I found this hotel to be way better than my experience at the Doubletree. I definitely will be staying here doing my long work days.

Pluses: Great, new hotel. It was modern. Staff: average. Mediocre. Breakfast: Boxed items. 4 total items: I ate the yogurt. Gave OJ, an orange and a strawberry nutrí-Bar to a co-worker. I could only eat 1/4 items due to allergies. The breakfast was junk, in my opinion. Some places are cooking and or making orders to go. In my opinion, most hotels use this as an excuse to slack on offering breakfast. Look at BW Lone Pine; A + meal, cooked to order. Even AV LANCASTER Hampton Inn, @ 145/night, gave a hot breakfast with tater tots, fruit and a bagel, breakfast sandwich, with sausage. I took the sausage off and ate it. I am allergic to sausage. This was a brown bag with a tiny yogurt and tiny OJ which said “Keep refrigerated.” ——- Bathroom: already beat up tub and black spots on bathroom floor that looked like bugs but were permanent stops. Special requests: Asked for lowest level but got second floor, pretty far from elevator. I did get a tub, which was requested. Check out: No cart was available for handicapped person. Would I stay there again ? Based on price, yes. Facilities were very nice & better-than-average cleanliness. The bed was moderately comfortable. I slept well. A/C is controlled on the wall and well marked. Ran mostly good if the fan was left running constantly. Check in: had to stand there over ten minutes. No one said, “We’ll be right with you” or “Thank you for waiting” or “Sorry about the wait.” Bugs: One seen in bathroom but nowhere else. Flooring is dark brown carpet “tiles” in good condition. Mini frig, coffee pot & microwave present. Nice closet. Luggage stand present. Purpose of travel: Work/solo trip. Lobby was nice. They had items for sale. With walking distance are Wendy’s, gas station and another fast food but I do not recall what it was. Noise: Quiet where I stayed. Internet: Auto connected. Worked well. No issues.

Very clean entire establishment staff friendly and helpful rooms absolutely 💯 easy access to surroundings areas and freeway my stay was absolutely top notch I would recommend staying here to all and I wouldn't hesitate booking a room here again

Lots of amenities - a fitness center, small bar (got a drink ticket for a free beer upon check-in), dining area, and business center. Seems pretty new and very clean. Located very close to a couple gas stations, restaurants, and CA-14.
Not much, but I wish there were luggage carts readily available.

The breakfast was good.
The room I requested was not the room I got. I had requested a double queen suite and I only got a double queen room. They said that something must have gone wrong when I booked the room through booking.com. We were disappointed in that, but since the room was still nice we were ok. We just felt for the price we paid we should have had a suite and felt that maybe we were cheated through the website.

Lovely color coordinated hotel very near the 14 freeway with multiple fast foos options and gasoline nearby. Although I thought it was a little expensive the hotel is beautifully finished and impeccably clean, nice staff. When I stayed, the pandemic was improving, and breakfast service had just started back up. There are business services available, mostly this is a travelers short stay hotel, not a destination hotel.

The location and our stay was okay. Customer service was friendly and welcoming.
That our T.V was not working when I spoke to front desk she try helping fix it but no luck. She offer to give us $25 dollars off our bill but when I checked out the next day I explain to the girl at the front desk that the employee from the night shift offer to discount $25 off my bill because we had a problem with the t.v she then said oh let me look at the notes here and said oh yes we will do that but they didn’t I still got charge full price they never deducted or refunded my $25 that they said. Very disappointed for that.

Very Clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great we really enjoyed our stay. We felt nice and rested the day after for our work day.
Don't like paying for Wifi. If Wifi could be included would be great. Nothing to complain about. Everything was very comfortable and Clean hotel.
