Staff is amazing and friendly. I am disabled and LGBT and all the staff were so accompdating and reapectful. They also offer amenities that many other hotels do not, even far more expensive ones i have stayed in. Lots of hotels offer breakfast, but they also offer a snack and a free well drink from the bar every night.

Only issues I have are that my door would sometimes not shut all the way on its own and I've come back a few times to see it open a crack or not fully engaged. The only other slight issue is that I'm disabled and my room is located on the opposite end of the hotel from the lobby, and it can take me a really long time to get there and back if I'm not feeling well and I just wish there were easier access to and from the lobby from the back of the hotel.

Very convenient to everything. There are two places to eat dinner right nearby and it was clean the staff was friendly. I like how you had shampoo and lotion and everything and bottles that could be refilled instead of tossed out after one use.

The elevator close to my room was broken so I ended up sleeping my luggage more than I wanted to. I really need to get both elevator is working again. I would’ve liked liked an additional lock that sometimes comes on hotel room doors. It has a swivel and a knob.

After staying at Oxford Suites Lancaster, on our future travels, I will first check if there is an Oxford Suites where we are going, we were super impressed with the hotel and our room was huge with the most comfortable bed!!! The free breakfast was delicious with a chef taking your order for your hot breakfast that came with your stay. The staff were top notch with GREAT attitudes! Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready for an early check in!!! The room had a refrigerator and a microwave!!! We will definitely stay at Oxford Suites again!!!

Nothing we didn't like! We have nothing bad to report.

What a surprise.....they served a full cook to order breakfast and in the evening they had a light supper plus a drink at the bar all included in the room price......unbelievable. Tommy, the chef was incredible, so skilled plus so kind and great personality. I would stay here again anytime we are in or near Lancaster, Ca. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

The moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and attentive. Every member of staff I had the pleasure of speaking to was so nice and helpful, my whole family loved Breakfast every day. All the chefs were fantastic!! The pool was clean, and so nice.

The bed in our room wasn’t the best, it just wasn’t that comfortable and didn’t feel like a Queen.

Lovely little room in Lancaster. Sunny and close to the pool and hot tub. Both were awesome! The staff seemed very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was made to order ( which you hardly ever see anymore ) while I didn't personally have any.. it looked and smelled delicious! Guest laundry was easily accessible and the dryer was extremely efficient.

Staff was courteous. Very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, shower worked well with good water pressure.

It is a pet friendly hotel, but it did not have a location for the dogs to relieve themselves. Also, there were a lot of homeless wandering around the property and no security. Security patrolling the area would eliminate a lot of that from happening.

It was great about having a hot breakfast.

Your hotel ran out of some breakfast items when I went down to eat. This was only 2 hrs. into the breakfast hours. Plus the cook did not cook for my wife and I, but did for the other guests behind us. Which did not sit well with my wife and I. We had pre-made breakfast burritos, which did not have what we ask for. The other guests behind us did. That was a bummer

The room, staff and breakfast were awesome. We had a rough start at another hotel that was an absolute nightmare on sierra highway. Your staff was very accomadating and empathetic. They all get 5 stars. We forgot to bring toothpaste but hey no problem you guys had us covered. Thanks again for everything.

Our pillows had definitley seen better days. they need to be replaced. Other than that the room was awesome
