Reception on Saturday August 5 was so nice, hotel is so clean and quiet, swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was so slippery, saw kids was falling multiple times, informed the front lady, she put a sign outside the pool area instead of inside the pool, according to her there is No House keeping, manager on-site. Water was so cold No Engineer to check the temperature onsite. Very dangerous for kids to swim. On Sunday we called the Front to ask the opening hours for swimming, the reception told us it is 10 Am, that was wrong, it was 6 am, she knowingly or unknowingly gave us a Wrong Information.

The staff at check-in was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. There's a movie theater across the street. We never went to breakfast but they had to-go bags made up for late-risers.

The walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything being said in the rooms next to, and above us. The chlorine-smell in the pool area was over-whelming. The last night of our stay, the security locks on the outside of the building mal-functioned. We had to walk around the entire building to get in. We asked about it at the front desk and were told, "Yeah, a lot of people have said they're not working today. I don't know what's going on." It had apparently been an issue for several hours and they hadn't called anyone about fixing it. Not the same staff that was working when we checked in.

I thought staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

I called front desk after entering our room, put on hold 10 minutes, I hung up finally. Temperatures outside at night are approx 30s F. Watering late caused possible danger by freezing sidewalk and my husband almost fell. Bad caulking in bathroom looked very bad and needs to be redone.

The facilities were beautiful. Breakfast was included. Today was an egg & sausage bagel, tater tots and a fruit cup. I tossed the sausage cuz I’m allergic. Friendliness & helpfulness of staff were A-pluses. Minor things I didn’t like was the shade instead of blackout drapes. I couldn’t get it to go back up. The A/C was on the wall and glowed bright neon blue in my line of sight while trying to sleep. There were perks of coffee, microwave & mini frig. The photos are all of the AV. The biggest issue I had were dark hair in the shower & less-than pristine bathroom floor. It had bugs but, at least, they were dead. The floor toles were so sharp they hurt my bare feet. There were plenty of towels and a hair dryer. Carpet squares make for easy replacement. The facilities had s workout room & frozen meals to nuke. They had more than just water as drink selections by the check-in desk. It was a little pricey for me but I liked being close to my job location. Please note, there are two hotels side-by-side so double check the name or address so you do not go to the wrong one, like me. {: (|)}

We liked that they allowed us to enter our rm early. The rm itself was very roomy & big it was very comfortable for 5 adults I believe it would have been comfortable for 1 or 2 more persons. I forgot my toothbrush n they politely brought me one. The hotel was really clean & it smelled clean also. I’d definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

comfortable beds & pillows, the difference in price I paid for this place was well worth it with the breakfast! everything was just better - waffle batter made fluffy waffle, they had fake whipped cream and strawberry syrup with multiple chooses for bagels & toast. ham, eggs & tater tot hash browns.

location was odd and we did hear a train several times at night.

The room was a great size for my family. We had one of the suites so plenty of room. But that can't be changed. But overall the hotel was good. The breakfast was good. Pleasantly surprised of all what was included in the breakfast.

I didn't like the size of the bathroom but that can't be changed.

the water pressure of the bathtub was very low and our bathroom sink clogged up pretty quickly.

The breakfast service was great. A good selection of breakfast food.

I did not like that there was a $15.00 parking fee per day. This should have been disclosed upon setting my reservation.

This Hotel was very clean & Staff was very pleasant when greeting me upon my arrival & after check in they gave me complimentary text message checking up on me & ask me if everything was ok & if i needed anything just to let them know. That was so thoughtful & made my stay very comfortable & safe.
