I chose this motel because of the price and it wan't too far from my friend's place. He was very pleased with it, as it's a safe area in Palmdale. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I would give 8.5 despite a few thing I mentioned.

There is no hot water jag in the room, only the coffee maker. So I had to go downstairs to get a cup of hot water and tea. The design of the room was unsuall, as a handbasin was not in the bathroom, but near the door, which I found inconvenient. Little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided. But for the last night, there were a shampoo and two body lotions by mistake, as they were in the same bottles. As it's near the regional hospital, every night I heard an ambulance, but wearing ear plugs helped me sleep better.

The suite was quite spacious. Coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was huge. The staff were helpful. There was breakfast. In spite of the busy street, it was fairly quiet. The couch was fairly comfortable (at least for a short person like me). Just a short drive to the mall and restaurants.

I had to go downstairs to the ice machine. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. A little variety in the breakfast sandwiches would have been appreciated. Entrance driveway is limited by direction. I would like to have had a sofa bed in the living area. No guide in the room to tell you what TV channels were available.

Booked last minute after getting tired on a long drive; price was very reasonable. Friendly, fast service at the front desk. Room was spotless; even the bathroom fixtures shined. Room itself was large and bed was comfortable. Parking area well lit. Hotel felt very safe for me as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend

We really enjoy our staying. The staff were really nice, starting at check in all the way to housekeeping. Everybody was really nice. I was staying with a friend who is visiting from abroad and she was really impressed with the professiolism of everyone, but what impressed her the most was the lady who took care of us at the breakfast counter (My apologies for not remembering her name at this time). The lady was really nice, sweet and very caring. My friend said your attendant felt like she needed to make sure everyone in that breakfast room was well fed. Our hats off to her.

Convenient location, clean room, loved that the mattress had a mattress protector on it.

There was a smell of marijuana off and on throughout the stay. Breakfast was good but light on options. The coffee maker in the room had a weird white residue in the basin. Did not use it.

The hardwood floor was a pleasant surprise. Clean facility. Easy parking. The staff was very accommodating. Clean and plentiful breakfast area

Access to the parking lot from the building and vice versa. Although I understand the security aspect of it, it was a little rough on the older folks.

I loved the hardwood floors in the guest rooms. I also liked the aromatic scent in the lobby and hallways. The laundry area was clean and came in handy. I didn't have to do laundry when I got home!

I could have stayed longer. Also, there could have been more of a variety of breakfast foods.

We have stayed here before and it’s close to everything we needed to get too. due to weather we were stranded and needed to stay the night. while running errands we were Abbie to drop our luggage off prior to check in which was amazing

the elevator stinks of people smoking in it.

Second time here and will return next time we visit. Always clean, easy parking, easy registration. Always available. Cheerful staff and accommodations were exceptional for the price.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is centrally located close to the mall and the Fwy, but not in the ghetto.
