Breakfast was typical for a hotel that provides breakfast. It was clean and easy to manage. What I really liked was the room. Everything I needed was in the room. Enough outlets and towels. There was an iron/board in the room and a hair dryer. It was simple and lovely. In addition to the small fridge was a microwave and the coffee maker was a K-cup machine. I was able to easily turn the air conditioning off. I do not like a room without the ability to get fresh air. The windows opened, and that was a huge plus in that I like fresh air when I sleep.

There was some noise one night from a group that was in the room below me. It shortly ended after I called to staff to ask about it. If I need to stay in the area, I hope this place has vacancy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

There is a wide variety of food for breakfast. There are always eggs and either bacon or sausage, plus all the other good things. There is a good coffee machine with different kinds of coffee in the lobby, and there is always ice-cold water in the breakfast area. The jacuzzi is nice and hot. My room was spacious, the bed quite comfortable, and the windows open to allow fresh air from the hillside. I filmed a deer jumping out of the bushes! Freeway access is very easy. All personnel are friendly and helpful.

The TV wasn't working when I checked in, but maintenance fixed that immediately.

There was lots of variety for breakfast - yogurt with raisins and nuts, eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit, juice, water, coffee, toast, muffins. The pool was closed, but the jacuzzi was nice and hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The shower pressure was a bit low, and the shower faucet was too sensitive. Moving it a fraction of an inch would make it either too hot or too cold; it was hard to get it just right. I reported this to maintenance, who said he would take a look.

Room was spacious with a large bed. All the amenities you need. Clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bathroom. Peaceful view up the hill. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Large amount of parking and easy access to room. Of all of the hotels we stayed in, this was the only one that acknowledged my request for a quiet room and put us at the end of the corridor and hillside. Good value for money.

Can't find any major faults. Seeing as I have to write three sentences, let's say, possibly add some yogurt to the breakfast selection.

Safe well-lit parking lot, clean updated rooms with quality construction, good wifi, safe location and hotel for single woman traveler. Breakfast buffet had good options, there was an outdoor pool, a reading nook with books to borrow, and computers for printing out boarding pass. This was nicer than a usual Best Western in my opinion. Easy on-off to 101. Good pillows, good room temp, good bed! Very pleased. Nice sized fridge in the room as well.

Nothing, this was fantastic! Before booking here, I checked the reviews on Yelp and this is the only hotel in the Novato area at a regular price point that has no 1-star reviews. I actually came to this hotel after my first hotel (in Novato) was so awful that I didn't feel safe spending another night there.

It is very cozy and clean. Despite we came to visit San Francisco, it turned to be quite close to it. 25 min by car, a lovely drive. I loved the tea and coffee station in the lobby available 24 h. Great quality. I also liked they had the laundry facility available for the guest. Sooo convenient when you travel weeks. Nice neighborhood .

The breakfast was good, but I would have prefere more option like vegetable and cold cuts, cheese in the morning.

I arrived late and tired and the front desk staff (Judy) was very welcoming. I felt immediately at home. I was able to have a restful night in a spacious and wonderful room. Enjoyed the included breakfast and wish I had known about the fabulous pool and jacuzzi. Parking was easy and safe. Will definitely return! I’m a member now.

The breakfast was very nice considering it was a complimentary hotel breakfast. It was pancakes, potatoes, eggs, muffins, fruit, sausage, juice. It was very easy to get things and help was always nearby.

I didn't care for the layout of the building. The breezeways were just that too breezy. Messy hair does not make for a Diva entrance. The room would not get cool enough. I was hot in the middle of the night and could not control the air conditioning. Hot flashes do not like being ignored.

Staff, how clean it is, and did I mention the entire staff from the front desk who always pushes the button for the doors to open both when I leave and return. The breakfast men are super nice and friendly, as well as the housekeeping ladies.

Obviously it’s right next to the freeway but I already knew it would be a lil noisy but didn’t even faze me after my 2nd night.

the hotel is beautiful and the staff exceptional! they served fresh, warm cookies as you check in and they had lovely smiles as they were getting us settled. really loved the Smart TV.

hotel would have gotten a perfect 10 except for the noisy guests upstairs, they didn't settle down until about 1:30 in the morning. would definitely stay here again but would request an upper floor.
