The staff were so amazing! And the room was immaculately clean especially for the price point. Breakfast was fine but we didn't see hardly anyone use it, so I'm glad they aren't wasting food. We stayed for a whole week and it was the best hotel of our trip 😁 the birds and frogs from the marsh wildlife refuge nearby were so fun to watch and listen to. The train tracks nearby we're not loud at all and not a problem.

The mattress was very firm and, like most of the area, there was a prevailing scent of weed. The toilets had issues flushing at one point but it was fixed within 20 minutes of telling staff and we were offered to switch rooms, which we didn't take since it was fixed and we were checking out in the morning anyway. The pool was chilly but it's also early may so not quite pool season anyway lol

Every 4th of July my dogs freak out over fireworks. They are hunting dogs but cant tell the difference between gun shots and fireworks. You click a 12 gage and you have their attention as you would holding a steak. But fireworks are a different story. My girls are 12 and 11 years old and they get so frightened and stressed, I am fearful they will stroke out. Your hotel has been a safe haven for us the last couple years. You have clean rooms and they are affordable. The dogs love their vacation! I have told friends and coworkers about you and I think we may have a dog party next year! Thanks for being close by that you are easy to get to but far enough away from the fireworks that we get a good night's rest.

Grandparents took 3 grammar aged grandchildren for two days wanting the pool, which was great. We upgraded to a suite, (at staffs suggestion) giving us privacy and the girls semi privacy. The wall to wall windows looked over hillsides and train tracks. The train was not noisy and great entertainment. The bedroom had skylights to watch planes at night.

Only two chairs making it impossible to play board games at table. Only 5 towels, which were soaked after swimming making showers unpleasant. When checking in and asking about the pool, staff should have explained and given a pool key. Mobility issues made going to the pool, then back to the office to check out a key, real irritating. The furniture is old and scratched up, a bottle of Old English scratch cover would hide so much.

I love Americas Best Value Inn! They are very accommodating and everything is clean and it’s quiet. Definitely a nice place to stay and in a great area for visitors to explore - it’s close to everything! You can’t help but love it!

The price. They need incentives and discounts for those who stay multiple nights, especially those who stay multiple weeks! And most especially the people who are really quiet respectful and neat, those are the ones you should value . 😇♥️

Fix the sink and vertical blinds or intsll a curtain over the window.Do something about the bath floor tiles. They are extremely slippery when wet. I slipped, fell and hit my shoulder on the toilet.i have a nice bruise forming.

Room was nice, clean, bed good close to fwy but not too bad Joan Marie checked me in late that nite, she was kind and so helpful in so many ways! The next morning the check out girl was great too!

The couple next door decided to have wild sex for about 90 minutes, awakened me at 4 am It was horrible and I got no sleep

Well, breakfast (6-9) was either corn flakes or raisen corn flakes. There were no muffins, etc. altho the container was there. A juice machine was also available. I guess coffee/tea had to be made in room. (I could not get coffee maker to work in room). Grazia Restaurant on Grant was perfect for breakfest.

Great price, clean and comfy. My dogs were welcomed, and accommodations were terrific. I have two older dogs that are terrified of fireworks. My neighbors at home dont get it and light them off until 2 or 3 in the morning. I am concerned, given their ages, they are seriously going to have a stroke or heart attack. Your location was perfect, and they e joyed the stay as much as I did. A peaceful night for us all! Thank you very much

Room was clean and costumer service was excellent

the continental breakfast area was not as advertised, there were no coffee there at all. I was referred to the coffee in my room which is bad quality and no flavor at all. coffee instead of coffee tasted like dirty water, coffee maker smells really bad. I also found resting kind of difficult since train continue to pass by all night long and kept me up. Bed conform/ cover smells bad as well.

Right off the highway. Breakfast was simple but was enough for us. We didn't use the amenities as it was just a quick stop on our road trip north. Parking is good

pillows were not the most comfortable. We were a little concerned as the outside in the back looks run down and so does the elevator but the rooms were clean.
