The place was very clean and everyone very friendly. The bed in our room was outstanding. So comfy. The room set up was very inviting. The bathroom was gorgeous. Very nice. Everything in the room had a place and it was put there.

The area around the property was very dismal. There were lots of homeless people laying on the sidewalk and I didn't feel safe to go out to my car int he evening. My husband didn't feel safe enough to let me go swimming after dark because of all the homeless roaming around. There was a stain on the ottoman in my room and one of the covers on the ceiling was coming loose.

The staff was lovely, housekeepers included! There was free laundry services and it was very clean there. The pool was also heated so you could use it at any time! The hotel was also located in a great spot

I wish they had more than just a couple expensive Starbucks options for breakfast. Continental would've been cool, even if you had to pay a bit for it. Also, our first bed was very hard. I don't think I had any other major gripes, though!

New hotel (7 months old). Plenty of parking. Greeted by a friendly young lady. Check-in was very smooth. Welcome cookies were soooo good 😋. Hotel is very modern and very clean. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave in the room. Husband and I had to work as soon as we got there and having the sliding table and sofa worked out great for us. Nice big screen TV on the wall. Plenty of USB ports and plug in outlets. Modern bathroom design with enough racks to hang used towels. Brand name (Paul Mitchell) toiletries were provided. Forgot our toothpaste and the front desk happily and generously gave us some. Don't normally sleep well on the first night but bed and pillows were comfy and we slept well. Finally, a hotel with a gym and pool that's open! Bistro served Starbucks and the price was very affordable. Generous food portion includes a cup of assorted fruits. Front desk staff checked on us while we were having our meal to make sure all is OK, which was very nice 👍.

The location is not the best but considering the challenges many are going through out there, we can overlook that. The area is well lit at night.

Did not order breakfast. Location was very good for freeway access. Friendly and kind staff led by Sean Marsden and absolutely marvelous general manager. He greeted us upon arrival, addressed us when he saw us coming and going, was extremely helpful to our needs, Always had a smile on his face and was not afraid to step in a help his staff when they needed it. Loved the newness of everything since the hotel had just opened 72 hours previous to our stay.

No fault of the company's . but iced tea was unavailable due to delivery status. Also menus should be placed into the rooms. A small detail, but important to guests

Quiet, close to major wineries and other fun things, amenities are amazing, spacious rooms and kind front desk workers.

Getting to the property was a bit difficult at first. Homeless encampment at entrance to parking unsettling.

The location was good and convenient. I really appreciate the electric vehicle chargers - thank you for supporting clean energy!

I can't think of anything, although I wish that there were complimentary breakfast options, such as pastries or fruit.

Very clean property, great service from the staff and very close to surrounding food locations.

There tends to be a lot of homeless around the area, though they aren’t intrusive at all the view from our window was that of a homeless encampment that tended to damper the stay slightly.

I did not realize that breakfast was an extra $10, so I made a trip to Starbucks instead. Upon check in, I requested and was given a late check out of an hour later. Housekeeping did still come to the door. I thought I would hear the SMART train, but did not!

A bit expensive. Water pressure too light and hot water waned quickly. On way to hotel you pass a little 3-4 unit homeless camp.

There was a snack bar open 24/7 which was awesome . The staff was great . The room was beautiful and comfy . Would definitely stay again !

The homeless people lingering right up the road . Second time staying out this way and that seems to be one of the biggest problems . Besides the crazy amount of homeless people can’t complain .
