The room I stayed in was newly renovated and sooo CLEAN and comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy and the amenities were plentiful, including a kcup coffee brewer and coffee pods, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, minifridge and safe. Everything was in great condition and seems brand new. Decor was simple and welcoming, and the price was so reasonable. And lastly but most importantly, the staff there was sooo great! Every one of them was helpful, friendly, sweet, and smiling. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk and to Rozi the manager who both went above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly a blessing. I will always come back here when I am in the area!

Rooms were a little small but not uncomfortably so; had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great bathroom, good amount of space. Overall great value for money. On Google it calls it a “motel” but really it’s a good small hotel with smaller rooms and parking lot-facing doors. Stayed here for a big concert at SoFi stadium and it’s a very manageable drive from there!

No complaints, but I’d like to see whether a stay at a vagabond inn would be significantly cheaper if I booked further in advance (probably at least a bit).

Great location, safe area to walk at night .. 2min walk to the Gendale Galleria with so much shoping and eating opportunities. We loved the updated clean rooms. Way better than Hollywood and close to everything LA.

The outside if the buidcould use some updates but then they would probably charge more so it was worth the price. Parking was safe, plentiful, and easy but they charge $10 .. worth it though

upon reading other reviews I was pleased to find this place was exactly as they said, a hidden gem in the middle of the nice area for visiting LA. We were visiting various areas so the location was perfect and the rooms were very clean. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable. The staff we got to interact with were very friendly.

the hotel and staff were great but our drunken upstairs neighbors who came in the middle of the night made it very difficult to sleep as they would not stop yelling and doing other (loud) things in their room for hours until we complained to staff and they helped us shut them up (4am:)). After they left, our second night stay was a much better experience.

The location is great! Super close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It was very easy to catch the bus (there are several stops near the hotel) and see the rest of LA. There is an elevator to help get your luggage upstairs. The front desk was able to hold our luggage until we left for the airport. It's not a fancy room but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in LA.

The room has a coffee pot and mini fridge but there is not a microwave in the room.

Location of the room itself on the bottom floor and handicapped accessible too, handicapped parking right in front of my room was nice for security reasons. Bed was fairly comfortable even with my 6'5" height, and handicapped accessible bathroom equipment was nicely set up and worked well. Facility is centrally located @ the south end of the Galleria complex, walking distance for many amenities.

Extra fees if you checked in early, had to ask front desk to fill my ice bucket because the machine was located in back room behind the counter which was very inconvenient for guests IMHO. Could hear some traffic noise as it is on a busy thoroughfare, but wasn't horrible.

Water pressure and water temperature were really nice! AC could be turned off or regulated according to preference. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Right across Americana mall and very close to a Target store. Nice neighborhood with cafes and restaurants close by. Quick to reach Universal/Hollywood.

Location

We were given a room made for persons with physical accessibility requirements which runs contrary to what we are accustomed. No desk or chair; closet located in a small space in bureau with fridge; no vanity area space for toiletries; bathroom sink was built at much lower level to accommodate wheelchair bound persons; it was done well, but it, physically, did the opposite in making it practical for us. It was very clean & close to the office.

liked that the neighborhood felt safe, close to dining options, good mattress, excellent lighting on both sides of bed, good table w two padded chairs w arms, mini-fridge, two suitcase racks/stools, storage, tv w guide, toilet & tub good grab bar & separate room from sink, good space for shaving/cosmetics both sides of sink, excellent bathroom lighting. excellent electrical outlets for chargers.

Room was very spacious and it was spotless, including the bathroom, the beds were the most comfy hotel beds I have ever slept in. The staff were very friendly in any interaction we had with them. The location was brilliant, very family orientated and we felt very safe. Great stay will book again when going back to la.

The only thing I have to say about it was that there was a noisy couple above us and it was very loud at night when trying to sleep, although that is not a fault of the staff and not a complaint on the hotels behalf, we could have complained but chose not to as we slept well anyway.
