breakfast was excellent, this is the catch for us as family love omelets. their chef us to make regular pancakes along with omelets for breakfast, I believe they remove this service,coffe is good but no French vanilla.

I been in this place 3 times this is the first time they try to charge me $15 per phone per night to get wifi I call front desk to ask why. they told me because I didn't made a reservation with embassy suites. by the way I am a member of embassy suites but the rooms were $100 extra per night that's why I went different route. I am Hilton member., but thought Hilton they didn't have available rooms I feel like they didn't give us full service customer. for not booking with them and watching my family budget instead.

We were in CA for a week while we attended a wedding and visited with family. This hotel was perfect for us. There was plenty of space in the suite, and the beds were comfortable. My kids loved the pool, and we all appreciated the breakfast every morning. The hotel is situated right off the expressway, which was helpful, and is really close to Griffith Park for the zoo, Autry Museum, and other local sites.

After a few days, my neck was really sore from sleeping on the pillows. They're VERY soft. Parking here is pricey, but they did help us with a discount.

pretty much everything, I always enjoy my stay in Glendale and the staff was very friendly even when my door got locked and we had to call engineering to hammer the handle to reset the lock mechanism. I also enjoy the parking, me and my girl had stayed in hyate place bout 5 or so months ago and the parking there you had to walk down an ally and the garage in that place was poorly lit, this garage was very well lit.

I was nearly charged a 2nd time for a room I had already paid for fully when I booked it. I wonder what would have happen if I hadn't told the clerk I had already paid when he told me my price total and told me to swipe my card, even so the lad was helpful and I don't hold it agenst him for what happen or almost happened. The smell for like half a day when something was being cleaned out was pretty bad but it was only for like half a day. Aside from that the only real issue I have, is the fringe seemed smaller than that of other hotels to the point where I couldn't even fit a little Cesar's box in it, this really wouldn't bother me that much except the price is higher than other hotels and a smaller fringe causes issues with holding food when my stay is 8 days

The close proximity to downtown Glendale (the Americana, restaurants, cafes and bars was great). The hotel itself is all suites, and I was set up in a king suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want access to the freeways to - 20 mins from hollywood and burbank airport, as well as downtown LA.

The price was quite high in comparison to the area you're in - although safe and secure, I don't think $300+ a night for a king suite is that fair but that could just be me. Thanks

Breakfast was great, staff were exceptional and free cocktail hour was a nice surprise. Location is convenient.

The logistics of the bathroom could be improved . In order to turn on the shower you had to step in to the shower and have cold water spray you before it warmed up. The towel hanger was behind the door when you opened the shower door so you cant reach it until you close the door and more counter space would be nice. The hotel lobby and room furniture was dated and worn out

The rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable, even the pull-out bed was comfortable. The managers reception is a fantastic touch, as well as the breakfast. This are the 2 main reasons we stay there when we come to the area.

The pool area is so filthy, however, we still wanted to use it, but it was closed due to maintenance and didn’t open when it was supposed to. That is a big deal with 4 kids not to have the pool open.

The breakfast was fantastic. There were several of us that traveled here for a wedding. We all got to start our mornings sharing breakfast and being together.

Some of the front desk staff was abrupt, quite unfriendly and not very helpful. My sister, Christy Spencer, had a lot of trouble getting her rooms, even though she had a confirmed reservation weeks in advance. The girl at the front was very unfriendly and unhelpful. My sister and her family had to get ready in another room and then deal with her reservations late in the evening, after the wedding.

Made to Order omelettes in the morning was great! Good breakfast selections. Koi pond feature was lovely. Location was great right next to freeway access. Having a microwave in the room was a bonus.

$27/day for self-parking is too much! $5-$10/day would have been more than enough. Pillows were too soft.

The property was beautiful! such a nice entrance. The Manager’s Reception was an amazing added touch. The breakfast was awesome and had a ton of variety.

This property definitely wasn’t being disinfected. As strict as California is right now, I’m really surprised how dirty surfaces were. Our bathroom has some broken parts, like the toilet paper holder and a towel hook that we’re annoying. The pool are was really gross and wasn’t kept clean.

The overbearing controller of breakfast and needing a ticket. Is there really that many people trying to break in for the free breakfast. Had to go back to my room to get that little piece of paper
