Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles - Glendale

- Front desk staff was great. And the bartender Michael was a real showman, able to make friends with customers. This is called customer satisfaction - Free and efficient wi-fi connection - Nice gym, very comfortable to use. The swimming pool was also beautiful - The location is perfect for taking a stroll to Americana at Brand, or the Glendale Galleria, or the Museum of Neon Art, or anyhow in the direction of many nearby restaurants - Internal parking is quite expensive, but it's very, very safe - Great starting point for driving to Los Angeles. Very convenient especially to Hollywood and Griffith Observatory. Nearby, moreover, there are the bus stops of two Metro lines that lead to Downtown Los Angeles

- The shower head was slightly faulty, but nothing to worry about

Stayed before….good location visiting my son who is two minutes walk away….staff are excellent very friendly…. spotlessly clean… great housekeeping team…

The breakfast are ok but mostly processed type stuff….waffle mixture for you to make your own and fresh fruit but most of the other stuff is basic…. very clean around the buffet area but the tables are never cleaned…. you remove your own stuff which is ok but someone should wipe tables I clear up any mess but not everyone does….. I think if Hilton spent just a little bit more on the breakfast area would really improve things but overall good place

Staff, breakfast, fitness, pool, parking garage were all positives for this area of Glendale and the overall facility was very clean and in great shape generally speaking. Large selection of breakfast choices is one reason why I choose Hampton Inn frequently for stays.

Asked for a room away from ice machine and elevator as I needed a peaceful nights sleep after dealing with a death in my family, which was granted, but ended up with a squeaky air vent fan that nearly ruined the first night in addition to the room being directly next to a busy street with loud traffic so that could have been better. Having to pay 17 per day for parking when there was really no other option was a surprise - that needed to be better communicated at purchase time through Booking.com.

The property has a couple of very clean, safe, and spacious parking garages. The room was spotless and the extra cleaning precautions were great. The to-go breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Surrounded by excellent shopping and a diversity of great dining options. Great value.

I didn't know how exiting the parking garage worked. I encourage your staff to explain the ticket, use of hotel card, parking fee, and how to proceed in exiting the garage when checking out.

They didn’t have enough towels in the room.

Waffle mix too thick don't cook through and no adult cereal. The two children's cereal were terrible and full of sugar. Rice crispness and cornflakes would be better option as seen in our other hotels on our tour. Location excellent.

Had to request room service and pool towels. Not good enough for this hotel. Also you offer tea and coffer facilities but coffee and water throughout our three days was cold every time. I gave up in the end

Staff was great, breakfast was good, parking was safe and plentiful, room was comfortable and clean, location was great - right across from a large shopping area.

Getting to check-in was a bit confusing. If you're traveling in your own vehicle, you have to enter the parking garage to check in.

modern and clean and great location to the Americana at Brand. Parking was also convenient, safe, and easy to use.

Breakfast was pretty mediocre. They were out of a lot of things and what they did have was basic. If you're choosing this hotel based on the breakfast option, reconsider.

I love that the hotel was in close proximity to the mall, food places, etc. Your car is safe with key access only for parking. The hotel was newer, very clean, nice decor, our room was big, breakfast was really good and the staff was great. Lastly, housekeeping was on point. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to LA.

You shouldn't have to pay for parking.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They had a great complimentary breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the security of the gated parking. The location was great. It is right across the street from restaurants, shops and a small park area.

The view out of our room could have been better. Not really that big of a deal, but it was our least favorite part. We were near the pool, and looked out on a cement area where a couple of old lounge chairs were stored.
