Hot breakfast, comfortable beds, bath tub ready hot water. Parking wasn't too far from Lobby. Friendly Service

No refrigerators in rooms community microwave only down in the lobby snack store area. Wall A/c operates the blower, but didn't turn off, maintenance was called.. A bit expensive already, then at check in was hit with, oh by the way you will be charged a deposit of an extra $150, refundable 3-5 business days after departure if no repairs or deductions are made. A good thing I had that to transfer from my savings, I had enough money in the account for the Hotel Stay, but it declined with the deposit added to the charge. So I instantly transfer the needed funds on my mobile banking.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious!! The waitresses were very nice and I’m so glad parking was on-site! Everything was about a 20-30 minute drive so that wasn’t bad at all. The pool was open til 10p so that was great way to end our day.

The pool at night was extremely Hot! It was hotter than the jacuzzi and it was a bit uncomfortable. It gave my son a headache, we took turns playing in the pool and sitting out just to cool down a bit. The chefs were pretty rude in breakfast so I just stuck with eating the Buffett. My brother asked one of the gentlemen about an omelette and the man said “read the menu”. He didn’t sound happy to be there or maybe just not happy to help us, not sure. But other than that, staff was lovely! The elevators were a bit sketchy. They shook heavily and lots of graffiti which took away from the Hilton vibe. I’ve never seen vandalism in a Hilton hotel before.

The rooms are clean and quiet. The parking is free and easy. The hot tub is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. There is a food court about a two block walk away with lots of choices. The staff is efficient. A perfect business hotel if you are in the area.

Commerce lacks almost anything of interest, so unless you are working nearby, I can't imagine why you would stay here.

Location and ambience.

Mis quote on website regarding king room with extras. I didn’t get anything extra. Also I called the property twice in the days prior to arriving to ask what the deposit is or incidental charge. Both conversations with the reservation operators at the commerce property they both send no deposit is needed. I arrived there and the girl at front desk asks for $320.00! What? I say I will go deposit some money I’ll be right back and she calls me back and says it’s ok just give us $150.00. So, end of the day is it zero, $150 or $320? So confusing

I liked that the outlet mall was next to the hotel, as the purpose of the trip was to go shopping and just relax, it was perfect. I think that overall the LOCATION and SUPER FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE, ROOM CLEANLINESS will make us stay here again.

I didn't like that we were 3 in the room registered, and there were towels for 2 pax only. Also the next day, there was banging in the door to clean up at 9 am, when the kids were asleep, and I didn't want to wake them up. I thought that if you didn't request for clean up, then housekeeping keeps it as is, as we were checking out at noon. This is the first time i have ever experienced housekeeping doing this in all my travels. That is why i give this hotel a 9, instead of 10...There should also be a special price for later check out because a lot of flights are at midnight now..

I’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a good location for what I need. It’s close enough to downtown that it’s super convenient and the staff are all wonderful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was next to the elevator which was really loud. I’m not sure if it’s usually that loud or if the fact that it had to be operated manually this past weekend made it louder than usual. My friend and I didn’t sleep very well unfortunately this time. The other time I’ve been to this location I had no issues.

The property is located in a very good and safe region and close to the outlet.Good free chocolate cookies in the reception.

I requested a cleaning service for the room, and they simply didn’t clean, and the next day I requested again, and then they were finally cleaned. I understand the demand but I didn’t want to ask Joyce to have my room cleaned. The mattress was too soft (not in a good way) which gave me back pain.

The hotel is in a good location close to I-5 and the outlet malls. A starbucks is within walking distance in the same parking lot as the hotel. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were surprised to find out that the hotel was only 20% occupied! Rooms are decent sized and the main king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and was served to us like a restaurant. The breakfast menu wasn't extensive but covers the usual stuff folks have for breakfast. Even though the hotel is around 10 to 15 miles from most attractions in LA, the drive time will depend on traffic. It took us 35 minutes to get to Staples center, around 50 minutes to get to Getty Center and over an hour to drive back from Santa Monica beach in peak hour traffic.

The pullout sofa bed is not comfortable at all! You can feel the springs in the mattress and my kids had to place the sofa cushions on top of the mattress to get a comfortable night's sleep. If your kids are older than 10, they will not like sleeping on the sofa bed. The room did not have a fridge or microwave, which surprised me. The AC emitted a musty odor when we turned it on (likely was not used for a long time), so we just kept the window open at night (you will hear freeway noise). If you are a light sleeper, the freeway noise may bother you even with the window closed. The images for the hotel on booking.com shows a fire pit in the outdoor seating area but we did not find any in the hotel.

We stayed here on our US roadtrip to take advantage of some present shopping in the outlets across the carpark. It was a great choice. After a long day shopping for our kids, we were delighted to find a hotel with a perfect room and a really good restaurant. The service at dinner and breakfast was excellent and friendly.

Nothing to dislike ... a great one-nighter in L.A.

Clean and upmarket. Classy look and feel. Citadel shopping mall within walking distance.

No mini fridge in room. Had to request this after Check-in. Only upon 2nd request, did fridge eventually arrive. Extensive time needed to travel from Hotel to main LA tourist attractions, allow at least 1hour commuting one way.
