Facilities were good and comfortable as well as having firnedly and serviceable staff. Restaurant and cafe have good tasting food. Gym facilities were good and clean and wifi signal was very good and stable. Good location next to main streets and freeway.

The only thing is that housekeeping did not do a throrough job. Had to request towels, soap, shampoo and bedsheets to be changed, which they did pretty quickly after the request, but I had to keep requesting soap and shampoo, they would not replenish.

The valet staff was outstanding. They were quick to bring my car when I needed it, and they were friendly and professional.

Unfortunately the spa was closed at the time I was there so I didn't get to experience that. Also, the pool was mediocre in terms of aesthetic ambiance. It was clean and served the purpose, but I would've liked it to be more appealing to the eye (e.g. planters with greenery to soften the view of concrete.)

Staff great, from the reception to the security guards. All very helpful, security guards were happy to point us in the right direction, happy to have a chat. 😊

A little disappointed in the choices for breakfast, but my husband ate the same thing 3 mornings in a row, loved it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff very pleasant.

Everything seems to be pretty calm and peaceful around the area. Staff was always super friendly and helpful! Check in was also a plus, very smooth, fast didn't take longer than 5 minutes and the same with checkout!

I didn't like the fact that the spa was closed but I understand it is currently under reconstruction.

Lovely large room. Location just off major roads. Lots of shopping nearby. Not smokey!!!!

food limited and hard to find in the casino area, however the breakfast was large and reasonably priced. Pool closed at 6pm.

Good customer service it was the shortest time I waited to check into a hotel the hotel very quick and efficient. Food inside of hotel was very good and tasty lines were long but worth it. Rooms clean and nice. Great bathrrom. Location near walkig to everything in daylight time.

1.Only had Valet parking in Valet was slow and unresponsive. 2.Didnt care for Casinos area.

Very large, comfortable room, big beds and great bathroom Excellent valet service, they really run to get your car and make sure you don't wait for too long Perfect for people who won't stay in the hotel the whole day

A breakfast room would have been nice (unless I missed it) but there's diners all around with great breakfast options

clean hotel, brewery/ restaurant inside hotel, complimentary valet parking for guests, nearby restaurants and stores, friendly and kind front desk staff

valet parking is a limit to one car per room. any other additional guests with own car has to park at the general casino parking area. the general parking área to hotel entrance is a pretty far walk especially if you have bags/ luggage. other than that, everything was great

The parking I was come late off night and the security told me no more space a lease you want to wait till 6:00 y have book three room only two cars and this was his answer think is rude and they need maybe more parking lot
