The room was clean and neat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Warm breakfast was very nice. The whole family liked it. The room condition was exactly the same as what appears at booking site.

On the day we stayed, the wind was very strong at night and we could literally feel that strong wind blew in to the room. I suppose there was a "slit" under the heater where the wind could blow in to the room - which is unacceptable. The staff suggested to block the wind using extra blankets as there was no one who could fix it at night time. Blankets worked to some degree. But, definitely, the wall under the heater needs repair.

Enjoyed the breakfast a nice choice between hot and cold foods along with juice milk and coffee. The juice could be a little better tasted a bit watered down but overall it was good. Nice clean rooms helpful friendly staff. Dennys next door. Good bang for your buck.

Good breakfast and gym. Staff was nice room was reasonably clean.

Wifi and LTE data was very slow. If you would like to travel in downtown, hollywood, beverly hill, etc, this location would be very bad. Amanities was not so good.

The room was spacious!!!! Clean and as described in the picture! I asked the farthest room from the freeway since I have sleeping problem and room was perfect Breakfast inclusive, so from Economic price was really a good deal.

Location was in industrial area so you find many trucks…

Complimentary breakfast had many choices. Hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location is by freeway for easy and fast access. There is a Denny’s next door, in walking distance which was a bonus for my family.

Not much parking up front or the sides if you get back to the hotel late. You’ll have to park in the back which didn’t feel safe.

The staff was excellent and professional. They let me stay in the lounge after checkout in order to frantically get some work done. Housekeeping also returned a jacket I forgot. The room was almost spotless (some stains on the duvet). I slept really well - bed was firm enough. I liked the small sofa in the corner and the furniture was relatively new. Breakfast is until 10AM and currently you tell a staff member which items you want (e.g. cereal, oatmeal, fruit, fruit juice, muffin, etc.).

The 5 freeway is right next to the hotel, viewable from the room. I didn't realize there would be traffic noise all night. However, it wasn't loud enough to bother me - sounded like a low fan. Also, the pool and gym are already open (Booking listing should be updated).

Met our expectations based on the description. Staff was ok, breakfast was convenient, having a microwave and refrigerator was great. I was appreciative of the option to pay the small fee of $28 for an EXTRA late (3pm) check out after our travel plans changed.

It was disappointing to have to pay for an early check in. That's usually a courtesy if a room is clean and available.

First of all; We want to point out that this Hotel comes with the best value for money by far! You are located in the center of L.A. and all his advantages in a very professional and clean Hotel on a very low rate! We would definitely choose that Hotel again! Free parking (which is not often the case in L.A.) and security at the entrance also taking a look at your car while you don't is an amazing added value! One of the most impressive experience in our point of view: The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, we felt in good hands at any time!

I like the room. It had a comfortable bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stand for your luggage, adjustable heat and AC, plenty choices for breakfast, plenty parking and a night parking lot security guard. The room is updated and accommodating. I will surely stay there again.

I didn't like that a couple of days my shower was ice cold, no matter how long I let the water run. Although there was a nice selection of breakfast food, all the cook food:beacon, potatoes, sausages, chicken nuggets, were all under cook-almost raw. There is a Denney's on the property. The maid service does a poor job of cleaning (the bathroom floor, the tub) I found stuff on the floor from previous occupants. Yuk! Twice I had to go to the front desk to have my card recoded to gain access to my room.

The hotel is located in LA suburbs and easy to access lot of popular locations, very clean hotel rooms and they serve nice breakfast
