The air worked, free parking, customer service was good, cheap and worked out for my family just because we were only at the hotel to sleep we were always out by 11 am and back around 11pm or a bit later
The location is literally right off the free way so a lot of homeless people around, other than that the area isn't completely horrible. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable, random kid running down the hallway in just underwear, double bed is good for one person not two, sofa bed area didn't get enough air, sofa bed is so uncomfortable you could feel the iron bars underneath. Room service come every other day, people smoking weed at 3 am on a Monday night!

I loved the hot breakfast, it was very filling. The bed and shower was great. The location of the area wasn't far from the walk of fame area.
There wasn't too much I didn't like but if I had to choose , the door connected to the room was a little noisy at night by slamming and I wished the AC unit stayed on longer through the night.

It was a grab as you go continental breakfast with coffee. It was an orange juice, granola bar, and a blueberry muffin.
Unless they're were just visitors, we noticed some rooms were filled with too many adults with children, that some of the kids and teenagers were hanging out on the hallways. They were good people though and did not bother us. Although there was an office chair for the desk; room needed a sitting chair.

The room was extremely clean. The bar near my room was a bonus.Most of the staff was friendly and curteous.
The vent in my room.101 was not working. There was a tear in the carpet approx. 3" long.located in the transition between hardwood floor and carpet entrance. There were visible pilot holes on shelf on both sides near the microwave.Had very difficult time finding parking on Saturday night.

Breakfast was nice. Healthy. Reminded me of a decent school lunch. Loved the comfort of the room. And I personally liked the location of the room. Pool was right outside my patio like door.
The pricing would've been better. A little pricey, understandable booked the room early evening. Something like this should be pro rated, or maybe even discounted. Checked in at about 9ish p.m. Slept a bit. Then the morning goes too fast...

Location was close to the freeway and the staff was friendly
The entry light in our room was out and we went to breakfast and went back the room to gather our things and our toilet wouldn't flush 😑 I let the front desk know this upon checkout and she said she'd make a note of it, but she never once said sorry for the inconvenience

I enjoyed having the Ice machine available, microwave and mini fridge is a plus!!
Stains on the couch and towel had hair on it. The remote had no numbers and wasn't able to change channels on tv. The parking lot was open to the public and too dim. Maybe adding a fence or security would help to feel safe in the parking lot.

Online you're told it's a Continental breakfast. It was not. It was a bag lunch with a granola bar, muffin and apple sauce. Not what we expected.

It was very nice inside.
At the night the parking lot felt very unsafe. Weird men yelling out one of the room widows. Watching everyone going to their car. which made me feel very uncomfortable when it’s was just myself and two small kids.

Access to the pool and the parking
No enough towel in the room. Bathroom it was overflow. Not completely breakfast they give you just bags. When in the reviews it say have complete breakfast. The water at the shower it take so much time to get hot as we need.
