We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to visit Toledo which is short of parking opportunities

The hotel hides the hotel-manual because of hygiene and because they are ashamed of having reduced services. This implies that they also do not show the services they continue to offer: example: I spot a Bikini, I follow where the Bikini goes and arrive where ? … at the Pool! Restaurant in hotel closed during the week. Reception suggests „ delivery service“ but leaves us totally alone in getting food delivery done. Hotel clients always want the same and I am hardly the first one who wants to eat after arrival. Why is it that management is unable to provide for something even when the feel unable to maintain their own facilities open ?

Nothing I didn't really like however we are planning a big group trip back to Toledo and I wnted to book quite a few rooms for our trip so I have been trying to contact the Hotel via email and telephone call and have had no response whatsoever. I spoke to the staff behind the desk whilst I was last out there and they advised me to do exactly what I have done. I've reconfirmed the email address and I have called numerous times but no response so I'd have to say Non existent communication if you have direct enquiries for the hotel.

The team at the hotel was extremely professional, very helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived mid-afternoon and they kindly still accommodated our party for a late lunch, even though the kitchen was technically closed. We also had an early start the next day and wouldn't be able to make breakfast. The team instead offered to prepare a picnic for us to take on our journey. These touches really made our trip great. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

Very good Hotel and facilities. room was huge and well decorated. the staff were fantastic and upgraded the room for another one with a view. the pool is very nice and well maintained. the lobby and spaces to hang out are wonderful. Great Parking with electric vehicle charging for free.

the cleaners left the tables on the main area of the hotel until the next morning with bottles and plates on the tables overnight. When we went to the breakfast in the morning the were still glasses and plates on some of the tables.

Rooms are outstandingly spacious, beds are really comfortable and the amount of amenities is above average for its class. Everything feels high quality. If you care about your car, the parking lot here is fantastic.

Although the location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy city center, it’s rather far and will always require a commute by car. Almost everything comes at an extra charge (even a carton of water).

Room was really nice. Pool and sun lounge area was also enjoyable. While we didn't get a chance to use the spa or gym, they also looked cool. Staff were very helpful!

The main thing is probably the location regarding convenience. You'll need to grab taxis in and out of the town. We paid between 8-11 euro per trip. The hotel will organize them as well on request which is good.

- Front reception staff isn't exactly friendly. They never smiled to welcome :( - Restaurant staff weren't very well trained - Location isn't very convenient if you don't have a car - far from the old part of town which is the main attraction for tourists - Parking was paid and expensive though it was not even full and there were plenty available

A hotel setting exceptionally high standards living up to its name! We had a very lovely suite and the beautiful bathroom had a jacuzzi! There were good views of the city skyline, the river and a formal garden with a fountain. I was recovering from sea sickness but the fresh, carefully prepared salade nicoise helped to restore me. The breakfast was superb. Hospitality with a vision! We felt as if we staying at the Ritz!

The hotel indeed felt like living in a palace. Our room was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was very warm during breezy winter nights. The staff was very friendly, doing their best to accommodate us with the parking and breakfast requests. Breakfast had a Spanish taste with an excellent selection of delicatessens and an 18th century aristocratic setting
