Beatriz Toledo Auditorium & Spa

We booked a family room which was incredibly spacious and had a pleasant view overlooking the pool. The room was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. the hotel provides ample parking space, although it is not monitored. It's worth mentioning that it took us approximately 40 minutes to reach the historic center on foot, but this was not an issue for us.

The room had undergone renovations quite some time ago, and there were noticeable signs of wear and tear in certain areas. Additionally, the absence of power outlets near the bed was a minor inconvenience for us. In the end, these were minor inconveniences that in no way detracted from our overall experience at the hotel.

The room breakfast was really nice and with a lot of food, the service was perfect for every need the staff was ready to help. I really enjoyed the pool and the garden around the Hotel.

The air conditioning had a strange musty smell. So every time I turned it on, the room gave off an unpleasant smell so I had to turn it off and open the window, and in June in Spain, it's really hot.

The hotel has a classic charm and the lobby/common areas are spacious and well maintained. Spacious room size. The spa facilities seemed excellent ( we visited but did not use the services). With an advance booking the hotel guests get a really good deal for using the spa. Lots of free parking and is a short drive away from Toledo. Would definitely rebook if we visit Toledo again.

one can see that the room is a bit dated and they could have done more to maintain the areas better not let the wear n tear show so obviously.

We choose this hotel because we hired a car as car parking is free for this hotel. The location was ok, around €10 taxis ride each way to Toledo where there is a hop on hop off bus to take you around the whole city, visiting all the landmarks of Toledo.

The interiors of the whole hotel is dated. The pool looked great, but we were unable to use it as there was maintenance going on during our stay, which we were not aware about. we could of done with the pool as there was a heatwave during our stay and temperature reached 38C. Another annoying point was that the safe in our room didn’t work.

Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and hotel in general. Good public areas and an excellent swimming pool. Breakfast was superb as were the olives they served throughout our stay. Easy to get to by car. Staff were very good.

Felt the restaurant was overpriced for lunch and they completely forgot to serve our starter at the evening meal.

The staff were okay. A shame when you were ordering drinks of someone Spanish comes in they get to jump the queue. We were a large group and wanted to eat in the restaurant however the restaurant couldn’t get us in. The hotel has 249 rooms and only one iron. No ironing board. The life guard came around to tell us the pool would be closing at 1 o’clock there were not signs to support this. The pool said open until 8pm. A little disappointed.

The hotel is definitely dated but it is spotlessly clean and does have many good points. It probably once was a big grand hotel so it still has all that space - the rooms and bathrooms are extra big. Plus it has a really good pool which is very welcomed by adults and kids after a day of sightseeing. It is only 5 minutes by taxi from Toledo centre. We had breakfast included and it was a very good standard. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

Despite the fact that the hotel is old and a bit ran down, I was surprised at how clean and well-maintained it is. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the vanity set was really good too and the staff was super friendly and spoke good English.

One of the electric socket/plug was falling apart, but not a big deal overall

Fairly big room with a great view to the city of Toledo. Good breakfast and the swimming pool was great to beat the heat

Location slightly far from the city of Toledo, so the taxi prices added up. Despite the breakfast being above average, we expected fresh orange juice that we did not get

The hotel is located a little away from the center, on a quiet and peaceful street. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The staff hardly speak English and communication is difficult. It was problematic to open the room with a plastic card. The most uncomfortable thing was that there are no slippers in the room!
