The dining room was empty with the exception of my wife and I, so we expected more personal assistant from the staff members. the level of attention was poor when we had dinner on our 1st night. we went out for dinner on our 2nd night.

The room service was phenomenal, the non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bar were also amazing. The bed was comfy, but the feather pillows were hard and flat. Very nice shower, wish I had noticed there wasn't a tub.

This was our last night after a busy adventure around panama. We wanted to relax in our fancy hotel without any "tourist guilt" to go out and see things. We ordered room service and hoped to relax and watch a movie. I am surprised that these fantastic, fancy hotels don't have smart TVs! If I am paying for a comfy room that I will actually spend time in, I want to sign in to my netflix and watch a movie in english.... otherwise, it was phenomenal, but we didn't love watching a movie on our phone...

We loved the pool. We loved the staff and the bar food We loved our room. We loved our breakfasts.

I don’t want to pay for internet. I don’t want a restriction on how many devices are covered. It seems like a stingy thing to do to guests in a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. So was The Bungalow The Peacock Alley food was terrible. The food in the Spanish tapas restaurant was poor, way below par.

Solid, clean, good outdoor pool area, very good gym. It’s in the commercial district. We did not have any food.

We booked this hotel because our friend is living in the hotel. For tourists, a hotel in the Casco Viejo would probably be better.

Phenomenal stay, central location to everything I wanted to see. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Oliver was a godsend, very kind and knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The hotel was beautifully maintained and very clean. The room was a nice size with a large bathroom and waterfall shower. My bed was very comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep every night. I had no issues with any other guests being noisy or disruptive. And as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe both in the hotel and the neighborhood. Would recommended 10/10.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, shower/bathroom great and nice amenities, loved the gym too

The hotel is located in the business center so casco viejo was a long walk (45 mins), but this was known in advance - no water boiler in the room - the pool/terrace doesn’t have sun all day - asked the staff about car rentals and ended up figuring it out ourselves as it took a bit long for them to get back to us with feasible options

A great hotel to stay in when in Panama City. Delicious breakfast, nice pool area with towels. Exceptional friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Very clean, rooms well serviced. Good covid prevention procedures in place. Would recommend and stay here again.

The location is very centrally located. The staff is so attentive and hospitable - Lille, Patricia, Antonio, Wilfredo and everyone else that we came in contact with during our stay are exceptional. Additionally, it is so convenient having two restaurants within the property. We look forward to the day we can return.

the location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Panama City. the breakfast is also excellent. perhaps the best part of this hotel is the fantastic service from housekeeping, to front desk to concierge. everyone was particularly accommodating and attentive. bravo!

property can use a few updates

the rooms and the lobby staff were great. The Spanish restaurant at the terrace was also very friendly and thoughtful. We celebrated my sons 11th birthday and the staff brought him a small cake with a birthday candle for us to celebrate. it’s those little things that count. We appreciate it.

The pool could be upgraded and the jacuzzi needs to be a little hotter. But Jose the bar attendant was very nice and professional.
