Hotel El Panama by Faranda Grand, a member of Radisson Individuals

The hotel has a good location, the breakfast in the morning at restaurant Las Molas was amazing they have a variety of everything and the staff members always happy and ready to help. The rooms are big, beds super comfy plus my room had a balcony with pool view and also you could see the big buildings surrounding the hotel. Great hotel fully recommended.

The 2nd day of my stay I had to report the room for cleaning, once reported they came and clean the room, although I believe they hadn't came because they occupation rate was always high I would say that was the reason. But after that they came every day to clean the room.

we love the cabanas. it is like a resort vacation without a beach but with a big pool. the location is ideal - it gives easy access to everything. And when you come back from the vibrant city and enter through the the doors the garden / pool site / open air restaurant, it feels immediately relaxed and peaceful (even though on weekends it may be more like beach party on one night, but that is fun, too). Although the Hotel already has a long history, it looks very well maintained. Staff is outstanding and well organised (everywhere: reception, restaurants, maid, pool, house service). Any issue (if so) gets taken care of instantly and will be solved. We have been staying at the hotel / cabins a few times over the years and we always liked it. And it seems the high quality standard and family like atmosphere is improving further. A further plus is that everyone in Panama knows the Hotel and it is, therefore, easy to meet with friends and family.

My room was on the pool garden area and it was very nice and private with a feeling like you were on a bungalow that I like very much. Dinners at the restaurant by the pool were great: we had pizza one night and the other night the barbecue that was delicious and very well served.

There were constant problems with the towels for my 3 days stay, what could upset many guests. Breakfast was good, but the omelette station was very slow and although they were different staff on different days it seems they were new making omelettes.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good wifi, huge room, nice pool, they can store your luggage even some days if you go out from city. We really liked this hotel, it is worth money!

Sometimes used towels were taken away but new ones were brought later so there was no towels when we were taking a shower after pool at the afternoon. There were some stains in bedsheets and napkins even if they were washed. These are the only cons I could find.

It is the classic hotel from last century in Panama but has been ugpraded with the nice finishing of modern times. The hall ways are incredibly wide, you feel the tropical weather with the wind and the great climate. The breakfast has lots of options, very nice restaurant. Giant pool but did not have time to use it. Just like the classic Hotel Del Coronado in California without beaches. Location inside the city in central place near metro station.

Hotel room and building is great still today! You feel in a great place with great rooms and good restaurant.

The room was on the 7th floor with a large TV with many channels. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good power shower with hot water. The pool area is large and Outdoor restaurant. It is located near shops. Kevin and Philip on the reception desk were very helpful staff members.

There is noise when people in other rooms more the chairs over the hard surface floor. There was a very large conference so the breakfast service was running out of stock. They needed more staff on the Sunday morning. The music in the pool area could be loud with no rest or pausing for guests to enjoy some piece and quiet.

In general was excellent!!:I think the mattress is necessary to renew, the TV signal was poor-medio and also maybe the bath and shower can be a special clean is mohoat the walls and floor of the shower.

Definitely the space of the room, location and floor!! The elevators has efficient and faster. Thank you. Also the hotel has a value human personal in service, just I like to mention somo of them Calvin Smith was really proactive and warm, always in good mood and smile, the waitresses and one special boy who always smile and great actitud of service, his name is not to easy but was absolutely stunning in the service!! Congratulations for everyone to work hard and I'll be there again!!

Staff was incredibly nice and friendly at all times. The pool was very clean and the included breakfast buffet had enough variety to cater to most. Rooms are huge compared to other more expensive hotels in the area.

Only complaint was that they had a DJ at the pool area and he played a couple of songs with very explicit lyrics. There were a lot of families with very young children, including mine, and to me that's very inappropriate.

The Cabana they put us in was outstanding! All the Staff in the hotel ( House Keeping, Reception, and Dining) were all outstanding!

We found a Roach in our Hotel Room and it was handled professionally!

The location of the Hotel for my visit was a excellent choice, the property it self is quite your staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

Like any other countries I have seen every thing (the good, bad and ugly). I’m referring the side street where the Manolo restaurant is.
