For the price, it's a great option. Clean, great location close to shops, restaurants, and safe. Big room (upgraded), good hot water, good wifi. Staff friendly and helpful, speak english and spanish.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, had back pain after 2 nights there. There was no chair to work at the desk. shower was missing it's door. They pump a TON of chemicals into the air in the lobby which I really reacted to negatively. Just in the lobby, room was fine. Have to wear a mask to eat at the restaurant??? (so I didn't). room definitely could use a bit of maintenance/upkeep/reno. Obviously getting a bit tired, but at the price it's good value.

I was a little concerned about the area at first but we grew to love everything about the block the hotel was on very quickly.We used the excellent carwash across the street and had a good meal at the pizzaria just a few feet from the lobby. The Wash Clean Lavamatico about half way down the block was a particularly pleasant experience.They will deliver directly to the property when your clothes are professionally laundered or you can wash them yourself. As for the staff I feel the need to mention two members by name. Gisela behind the desk and Jaime in the lobby helped me find a particular part I needed for my car. They made numerous calls and translated my needs for as long as it took to local auto stores to get me taken care of. We will be back...!

Breakfast was passable the first morning. Thankfully day two got better. You can't expect a gourmet meal with an included breakfast every day.

Location is good, convenience store across the street, car rental next door, good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance including 2 Indian restaurants. Rooms are basic but big size. Breakfast is decent. Masks compulsory in restaurant. They do provide masks for guests. It's a buffet but the staff serves it for you. Covid protocols. Fruits are kept in small portion sealed plastic containers to avoid wastage and infection. Staff is attentive & efficient. Lunch buffet and dinner buffet available in case you don't wish to venture out. Decent lobby. A vending machine is provided for basic needs - chips, water, drinks.

Wifi connection was very poor in my room. With repeated complaints they did send someone to attend to it. Whatever he did improved the connection but only for a few hours. Had to use mobile data when in room. 2 small water bottles provided only once during check-in. No refills for next 3 days. Compulsory hotel policy.

They brought me a coffee maker and coffee when I requested it, for free. Great location. Clean, safe covered parking garage. Huge suite. Quiet and clean. Fridge for leftovers from restaurants (within walking distance of great restaurants) and to bring your own drinks to stock up fridge. Big glass-walled shower! Make-up mirror. My favorite hotel to stay in for my frequent trip to city. I feel safe there, as a solo female traveler.

Sometimes the TV doesn't have capability to connect to an HDMI laptop computer that I travel with. I like to watch my shows on my laptop connected to a large TV. The wi-fi is good, but is spotty, so sometimes not able to stream a full one-hour video from my laptop. But, no big deal.

The hotel is nice, and staff are very helpful, lot of restaurants close by, we had a good time there, Also Hotel is very clean, will recommended anytime.

Well I have family in panama, and they couldn't go upstairs to the room nor pool, I had to left with them else where to have fun or to enjoy the time,visitor can only access the lobby, if they going to the pool or visit in the room, there's extra charges.

Solid hotel, huge rooms, and good location.

Rooms are quite dated and dark. In our room the desk lamp was broken, as was the safe. Check-in was painfully slow and we had to repeatedly ask to be checked in for our entire stay (we had booked 2 nights on 2 separate bookings which seemed to be a bit of an issue. We were initially asked to check out and re check-in on the second day). Breakfast has very limited choices and fruit is served in little plastic (!!!) cups. Coffee was good though.

The staff were very accommodating. There was a small misunderstanding at check-in (which was my fault) but the hotel manager accommodated me anyway which was very nice. The restaurant food is very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Katherine front desk staff, very helpful and friendly. She speaks English and Spanish. Taxi driver Jaime very cool guy.. Most of the Restaurant staff were nice and helpful.

Excellent breakfast buffet, much better than most, and open for 4 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi and free use of guest computers. Excellent room and very large bathroom, and perfect air conditioning control.

Nothing really. Maybe a small notepad and pen on the bedstand, but many hotels don't have those anymore for some reason.

Breakfast, room and location were excellent. And the staff was very hospitable and accommodating. I reached at the Hotel very early in the morning and was granted permission to the room before the check in time.
