Hotel Marbella

Good location close to restaurants and shops. Big and clean rooms. Helpful staff.

Breakfast is not included and it was very expensive to have one because at the booking it said that you can have breakfast with only 6,5 $ p.p. but noboby informed us that if someone choose for the menu different things then it is like more than 10 $ just having an omelete and a yogurt for example and not a full breakfast.

It is OK. Normal hotel room with TV and A/C. There was no fridge in my room and A/C was little bit noisy, but everything was clean and that is what I like. From window I had a view to big trees in garden and to neighbour's house. Street noise I did not hear at all in my room. Location of hotel is actually good- there are lots of shopping and dining options nearby, also a metro station. Price of the room was very good (low).

The location pretty much had everything within walking distance, it's really convenient plus fare to most malls are $5-$6, hot water was consistent with excellent pressure.

So yes, the hotel is a bit dated...but you only really use it as a place to sleep and rest, Ac was a bit loud but manageable, outside of that would definitely stay again actually plan to loll... Thanks for having me

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating

The room had a distinct damp (mildew) smell

air conditions was very loud, noisy and old model , they gave me another room which was much bigger then original one also was noisy ,they shoud upgrade or replace new air conditions , that’s it.

Clean and very comfortable bed, good pillows. Effective air conditioner. Bed linens and towels changed daily. Handy location for shops and restaurants and Metro. Lovely friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee. New vending machine for drinks and snacks. Excellent value for money.

Restaurant was closed for dinner but it was during carnival and national holidays.

The Hotel is centrally located in a safe area. The personal is very polite and attentive. My only suggestion are beds that aren't confortable at all it could be improved. Other than that my stay was really enjoyable. If you want to stay in a hotel at an excellent price and location don't hesitate to pick Hotel Marbella.

the hotel is a little old in terms of decor ….but it ticks all the boxes ….really big room, great bed, awesome shower with endless hot water in a great location and I found the reception staff really nice and helpful - they allowed me a late 3pm check out which was greatly appreciated …..

The staff are exceptionally friendly and cooperative. Even though there is a language barrier as I do not speak spanish very well, we were able to change bookings last minute and leave our bags there while going on a 3 days San Blas tour. The room is great value for money.

I visited with my friends from Jamaica and although we hardly understand Spanish the staffs there was Excelente..Kudos to the front desk staffs friendly and proffesional.The rooms were clean and comfortable .It felt like home..I highly recommend

I suggest a mini fridge in the room.
