Our stay at Velona’s Jungle Suites was faultless-from the moment we walked in we were in heaven. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the design of the hotel is incredible. We were blown away at the level of care and attention to detail. Our suite was beautiful with great amenities, thick fluffy towels, very comfortable bed, block out curtains and very quiet. All the recommendations for restaurants, shopping & things to visit were perfect. Thank you so much Moda, Benedetta and the rest of the team for making our first visit to Florence wonderful- we will definitely be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. Away from city centre (~15mins) but we didn’t mind that at all! This was a great retreat from the chaos after a long day of walking. Room was equipped with mini bar and water is provided (which you never see!). Bathroom was gorgeous as well with nice rainfall shower. Umbrellas came in handy when we were there! Neighbourhood felt safe to walk around in and lots of restaurants around the area. Veronica, her husband and the entire staff were just absolutely wonderful! They provided a personal touch and helped make your stay in the city as perfect as possible. We will definitely stay here again!

Velona’s Jungle Suites is full of surprises. Every room and every corner show all the dedication which went into establishing this secret treasure with all its little thoughts to details. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. This place gives you the perfect location to spend some time in busy Firenze. Take advantage to get all the details and the story behind from the marvelous hosts Veronica & Alessandro and their team. Their tips for Firenze are the best. We really enjoyed the time and we will for sure come back soon!

I loved the decor and design of the place. Also, the customer service was superb. Alessandro was vey friendly and helped me map out m time while in Florence. The breakfast was tailored to my needs and was delicious. I felt comfortable, slept well, and was accommodated as much as I could be. I will definitely return to Velona's Jungle Luxury suites.

There was nothing that I did not like. I enjoyed the entirety of my stay.

Came to Florence to finish off our trip to Italy, and this hotel was the perfect spot for this city; an elegant, artsy boutique hotel. Everything from the design to comfort to communication and cleanness was absolutely terrific. It is just a short walk from the city center and 7 min from the train station.

Would have been good to know that tax fees would be charged in the end either in cash or with credit card but only if you're around when the reception is open, so just be sure to have some extra cash to leave if you are going to check out after hours.

Rooms and the Staff are the best part of this Sray. Rooms are so well designed it feels like you are on a Holiday. Reception of this is also we'll designer it's just Beautiful. All the Staff are very Good and Helpful. Especially Benedatta she helped us to go around Firenze, she suggested us a very good restaurant which was very Close to the Hotel. Location of the Hotel is also very good its just next to the Tram Station.

We were charged 40 Euros for Late Checkin, I personally felt it was very high.

The Velona's Jungle is an ultra designed luxury suits hotel, located in a residence building close to the old center of Florence. The two floors of several vast room are designed amazingly each one differently. the rooms are big, quiet, clean, comfort and most beautiful, and the service was warm and caring. the location is perfect, we didn't need a taxi even ones, you can walk in less then 10 minutes to the old center of Florence and to many restaurants and coffee bars. I recommend Velona's Jungle and i will be back there.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed anywhere in the world over the past forty years. The interior design is exquisite! The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hosts couldn’t be nicer and more helpful with guidance, bookings and ensuring all needs are met. This truly is one of my favourite places to stay anywhere in the world and would rival any five star hotel. It’s an absolute must stay in Florence and I’ll be back as soon as possible.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Staff and owner of this property are the best, friendly, helpful. Room we stayed at is very nice with the best rain shower. If you are not afraid to walk 15 min to the old part of Venice book without any hesitation! They served breakfast to your room and I will be missing my morning croissants back home. Special thanks to the owner who is the sweetest lady always ready to help.

Us leaving too soon

The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of human comfort which is hard to replicate through staff training. The loveliness and beauty of the place mirrors the person very well.

It’s situated in a (street) noisy part of the old town (from my first expressions), it’s not ideal to spend an evening sitting on the balcony. But this being Florence there are of course many many other places in walking distance to sit outside to eat and drink.
