The property was beautiful and very clean!! The entrance is very elegant. The rooms are stylish and very Italian. Beds are comfortable with enough room for belongings. The bathroom is large with enough shelving to hold all your toiletries and cosmetics. The breakfast room is gorgeous and Francesco, the server, was amazing. breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs any way you prefer, all types of coffee, breads, fresh juices, etc. The Spa…magical and zenfully bliss and exceptionally clean. The gentleman who manages the spa was so helpful. The location was a 20 minute walk to most locations and by the train station. Management was so helpful and they were very happy to accommodate any of your needs.

It’s very beautiful and pristinely clean. It’s a perfect distance from the hectic, busy, touristy centre of town. The spa is an amazing treat. The breakfast is superb - especially the moon cake (cake for breakfast?!). The staff, especially Bilal on the front desk, Francois at breakfast and the guy that managed to retrieve my necklace from where it had slipped through a gap behind the bathroom mirror shelf and then behind the gap between the sink and the wall.

We were there for a week which I appreciate is a long time but it did mean we had to live out of our cases as the rooms are pretty cosy and we only had 3 hangers each in a compact wardrobe and no drawers. We convinced ourselves the lack of in room tea making facilities (we’re British!) was good as it made us get out of bed and down to breakfast. I love a rain shower, but the cubicle really needs to be bigger in order not to flood the bathroom.

The Staff of the hotel were very professional, courteous and really helpful. Two members of staff that deserve a special mention for their outstanding service we Bogdan on the front desk and Francis in the restaurant, who went out of their way on every occasion when called for. Also the staff running the the spa deserve a mention for their care and consideration. unfortunately, I didn't get their names. The location was excellent even though it was 25 minute walk to the main attractions , as the scenery was amazing and the local bus and trams service were literarily outside of the Moon and Spa hotel (tickets for the transport was 1,70 euro each for 90 minutes of unlimited travel). Also if you stay here take the tram to the airport, it's 20 minutes on Tram T1 ( 1stop) than T2 to the airport) cost will be 1.70 euros each as opposed to 25 euros by cab.

The room was clean, bright, well decorated and cared for with plenty of space to store luggage. Access to the spa was included with our room, and though we only used it once, it was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring Firenze. The breakfast included more options than we could count, and was delicious and prompt - our waiter, Francois, was exceptional and really made the effort to make every morning a great start to our day!

The prices of the items in the mini fridge in our room were pretty steep for fairly basic drinks, so we avoided those. There also seemed to be some sort of building work going on either in the room next to ours or in the next building on the last few mornings of our visit, which was incredibly loud from a very early hour so wasn't exactly ideal!

Absolutely everything!! This hotel is 10/10 in all aspects, from the people on the reception, to the spa facilities, to the breakfast. Prior to turning up to the hotel weeks before on booking a room the hotel messaged me straight away asking if there was anything they could do for us on arrival, i said that was lovely of them to ask but no thanks but it is my partners birthday on the day of arrival so could we possibly check in earlier on the day of arrival. On the day of arrival we were able to check into a gorgeous room 3 hours before check in, then 5 minutes after being in our room we had a knock on the door and the man who looks after the spa walked in with a bucket full of ice and champagne for my partners birthday, all complimentary. It was such a nice touch and we didn’t know what to say. It was a lovely gesture and we were taken aback by it. The hotel itself is outstanding, so clean and modern and just lovely. It’s about a 20 minute walk by the river, which is a beautiful walk my add, to all of the sites. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be staying here again when I return to the beautiful city of Florence!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The tram stop 'Porto al Prato' is more or less outside the entrance to the hotel if you prefer to take that. All the central attractions of Firenze are in easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel offers a very relaxing spa facility, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath, which was a lovely treat after hours spent exploring Firenze. The rooms were elegant, very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast menu, served by very attentive and welcoming staff. Great coffee As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 days at the hotel. Thank you

Fabulous hotel - room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Tea/coffee making using Nespresso machine was easy. Excellent fridge. Air conditioning perfect. Availability of the spa was an added bounus - really nice to spend time in there. Breakfast was fabulous - lovely breakfast room and fantastic choice of food.

Location is a little out from the centre but easily accessible by tram (NB it would be easily accessible from the airport as the tram stop is directly outside - and only one stop from the station). It is only about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral .

Room was very nice, bed and Pillows were very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, fresh, white towels every day. hotel is updated, looks like it was newly renovated or newly built. Very richly decorated and designed.

The breakfast was a little stingy, for the price we paid we had expected to get a full breakfast, and not be limited as to how much we eat, especially since my hubby , and I don’t eat a lot, but i was surprise that we could only order one thing per person, for example i would not order eggs, and ordered anything else, like Porridge from the menu.

Best 4 + stars hotel, best team ever, from manager to housekeeper, they work very hard to solve any litle problem, amazing continental breakfast with a lot of fresh home made cookies every day, hotel and rooms very clean, rooms with all you need to enjoy your vacantion, spa very good and clean hot water, with a lot of possibilities to feel good and relax. Hotel location aprox 15 min walking from city center with a lot of restaurants on the corner. So, for the staff:keep going in this directions, it is very good. For travelers, I definitly recomand for relax and feel good and for very warm staff. I stay 5 amazing days and me and my wife feel very good. Try and you will see! And Florence you need to see and walk on the streets. Its a very nice city.

Clean, safe, secured, room was comfortable, bathroom was awesome, loved the spa lights in the shower. Our most favorite thing about the moon boutique was the spa downstairs, it was so relaxing and wonderful after long days of walking around sightseeing in Italy, it has a salt room, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi with jets which was cool to cool you down from the above. We also got complimentary breakfast which was a plus. There was a night club 2 minutes away walking distance which was a nice spot to party with the locals. We enjoyed every minute of this stay.
