Clean, modern hotel. Spa was lovely, free and can book just for yourselves

No proper bar. Also room very hot in night, air con controlled from reception. Been switched off at request of previous guest, reception should have checked when we arrived.

Bathroom was great, room was clean and quite modern. Easy and quick access to the train station or to use trams. Breakfast was fantastic!

AC and wifi were not very strong. Although the location close to the train station is nice, I would have preferred staying closer to some attractions and restaurants.

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast - great choices and superb staff who prepared excellent healthy smoothies in addition to a variety of breakfast options. Spa facilities a hidden gem so be prepared to make your booking on arrival if not informed about it. Also visit the rooftop garden space to relax in (another hidden gem not informed about when booking in!) We extended our stay for 3 days - would recommend to friends and family.

Wardrobes - really need attention - you struggle to reach the hangers if under 164cms in height. Nightmare to reach!!! All staff willing to help and make your stay a good experience. Perfecto!

Location, breakfast and the service was very nice, the girls was always smiling, attentive and make you feel comfortable. We love them. Something to say about the cleaning stuff, but next time. The personal from the reception was professional but not so friendly, excepet Ioana. The tram from the aeroport stop in front of the hotel. How convenient!!!! Love it!

The cleaning stuff was getting in our room when we put the sign "not disturbed" and when we have been to have breakfast I found the green tea which I did it, gone to the sink. :))) It was funny but surprising.

Location was excellent to catch tram back to airport. Breakfast was delicious, diverse with home made cheesecake and pastries, and the breakfast staff nade this place a very enjoyable experience with their attentiveness. Places to eat on a card was helpful. The facility was nice and clean.

When googling for location, it gives you two locations, need to be fixed. Some of the front desk could be a little friendlier, they seem disinterested to answer more than needed. Helpful to have some instructions and information regarding the best feature of the Tram convenience, how to get tickets and price may have saved us some time if you do not speak the language, and maybe a walking map of the best sightseeing routes. Little more help and where to go for the spa etc.

Location was pretty good. Close enough to train station. Breakfast was amazing! Best buffet breakfast I can remember having. Lots of variety. The lady there serving coffee was also so lovely. The spa area was nice. Temperatures could have been a lot warmer, but was nice to have the space private. Room was clean and cosy. Staff were very lovely.

Did find rust in the kettle. Check your kettle and wash it out before you use. Spa a bit cold temperatures. Also not sure if conditioner is available, but there was no conditioner. So for ladies bring your own so you don't get dry hair. :)

Near (a 5 min walk +-) to train stations and the center of Florence, quiet rooms, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, has a private spa included in the price that you can use every day, the breakfast tasty and has lots of options, the staff is nice and halpful, the terassa has a great view

The lighting in the room is not comfortable for makeup, but you can manage and find a way to get good light. There are no ropes for the spa, but you can get to the spa with beachwear

Overall everything, the staff gave us a calm room on the top, but there were some ventilation noises, so they changed the room for us and got us an upgrade. Breakfast is all you could imagine, even fresh ice cream, pancakes, waffles, and honey. Safe parking in a garage and a small extra price for our dog.

The outdoor pool was closed, the location is not the best, since there is a metro station just below the hotel. Also, the price was just a bit too high to rate it a 10, but overall 9/10. Thank you and thanks to the staff!
