The place is well accessible. Also they had sent different instructions should we arrive later in the evening together with a general guide on the different facilities on and around the site. Also there was an emergency contact in case of need during the nights as the reception is not manned 24/7. The rooms were tidy and comfortable.

Apparently in front of the property there is where all the refuse bins are placed belonging not just to the property but to other entities too. The place has an overflow and spillage of rotting garbage and liquids. This is emitting a very foul odour and the stench wafts right inside the reception area of the property. The property advised that this cannot be remedied as this place has been allotted by the municipality to the immediate users in that area. However, possibly the municipality can be advised that this is creating an untenable situation so they could ensure to remove garbage more frequently and also task to clear the over spilled matters should they be unable to relocate the bins.

It is very clean, quiet and relaxed. The customers are mostly young indépendant adults which I was not (I Was the grandfather figure) but it had a very nice feel. The kitchen in the bedroom was small but adequate even if we did not use it. Location and price excellent, very close to the rail station and very near the town centre. I will go again and again and if I was young like the majority of customers I would probably rate it very very highly. Fan in the cupboard if you need it, shower good and onsite parking for bicycles. Not a place for a honeymoon but excellent for explorers of all ages.

Nothing bad but you should not be confused into thinking it is a top quality luxury hotel. Although I did not expect that I was anyway very pleasantly surprised with what I found. Beds made daily but you take your own rubbish to the trash area inside the building behind reception.

Customer service was great, breakfast although not elaborate but clean and nice, the location was amazing right next to the train and tram station, but station and amenities. within the room you have a small kitchenette - very useful indeed.

There are some minor issues like no air conditioning in a fairly warm region but you are provided a fan. Bed lights in our room did not work, no big deal for us, cleaning is not done daily, once again not big issue as we are out and about all day

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There was easy to access parking (an extra €8). We could bring our small dog with us. The location was great.

Reasonably basic accommodation but value for money and true to the pictures and description.

Location was excellent, 5 min walk to centre and all facilities. Great eating places nearby. Check in was by security entrance code and room key accessed from safe. Room provided what we needed for overnight stay. Bed very comfortable and plenty of hot water with shower.

It was so close to everything. The staff at the reception were so good to us as we had made a mistake with our parking booking and they fixed it straight away. The breakfast was convenient and opened early. Room was clean and tidy. Loved the balcony.

easy to access from the railway station; friendly and supportive staff; excellent location for shopping and food. Third time around - must be good! Rooms were upgraded and pleasant - love the balcony access and the views.

The balcony room was superb - big, clean and a fantastic view. The location was a few minutes walk from the city centre. Parling was safe and close. Staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful.

We had to get two separate lifts to our room but to be honest, I didn't care about that.

Very well priced and comfortable hotel in central location.

Not really the hotels fault but if you drive a sports saloon avoid the on site multi storey parking. Like a lot of French multi storeys it will try to rip the underside from you car.

Room was super clean, the kitchenette is decently equipped. Bed was confortable, wifi was good and staff was friendly. Location is good, very close to the train station. Overal a very good stay.

There was a boiler above the toilet and I bumped my head against it a couple times🙂
