Hotel Mirabeau

The rooms were clean and were close together as requested since we split family across 2 separate rooms. The weren't super large, but had enough space for what we needed for a 1 night stop on our trip. The bathrooms were good and had what we needed. The hotel had the requested pack and play to use as a bed for our baby which was helpful.

There was a lack of space to put suitcases even in the triple and quad rooms other than on our beds to unpack. Also without air conditioning it was somewhat hot for the night, but the room fan did help to keep us cooler than it would have been without one.

very clean and comfortable. the friendly lady at reception spoke English which was wonderful for us tourists. very close to train station. walkable to town and river. nicely decorated room. quiet. minimal noise from street. no noise from neighbours, but the hotel was not full.

the reception is not open all day. and there was some confusion about our arrival time. but she apologised and we had a nice time in the sun in the small park across the street. breakfast was mostly croissants and bread items. small amount cereal yoghurt. boiled egg was cold and runny in the middle. ham and cheese. So not bad. but not amazing. nothing to stop us staying again.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the location of it is great, very close to the train station and tourist office. My room and toilet were both nice and the size was good too, it has everything you need. The staff were very nice especially the guy at the breakfast who was always watching that the buffet table was full of food. I asked him one day for hot milk and for the rest of the week as soon as he saw me he was heating up milk for me, very attentive. The hotel as a little indoor patio where you van have a drink or breakfast and it is so nice and please t, all you can see are plants and all you can hear are birds.

It was only 5 minutes walk from the station if you approach the street from opposite the entrance to the station. The Tourist Office is on the corner. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Rue Colbert where there are many restaurants. We had the continental breakfast in the lovely garden on our last morning. We asked for a quiet room overlooking the garden. The rooms facing the street could be noisy.

The bedroom and bathroom were very good. Toilets separated from bathroom. Good breakfast. Balcony from the bedroom. Very good bed and pillow. 7 minutes walk from the train station. The best 2 stars hotel that I know.

There is no lift but the stairs are easy to manage with a suitcase. There was a little issue that I informed the staff about when leaving on morning. Otherwise, I would give the hotel a 10.

We liked that it was independently run, rather than a big chain. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was large, nicely furnished and very quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was good value with a wide selection.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked but it would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and maybe a small fridge in the room.

This is a lovely hotel in an old building which feels like you are staying in a family home - I loved the atmosphere in this hotel and I loved the main staircase! The photos around the hotel are great and the breakfast room is lovely - as is the breakfast! The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the city and it was possible to secure some on street parking.

I found the Wi-Fi a bit of an issue - but that may have been me or down to the building being old!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. In a nice neighborhood walking distance to the gorgeous beaux arts museum and surrounding park as well as the old town. Great hotel with kids, with large rooms with multiple beds. The breakfast was a great option as we were passing through and had to get back on the road in the morning.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Huge choice of breads pastries and accompaniments. Delicious homemade cake and good selection of fresh fruit. The courtyard was a lovely place to sit and enjoy it too at a very leisurely pace. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel was located within a short walk of the high street. We managed to get a free parking space fairly close to the hotel - although this was the only one available when we first arrived. The receptionist was helpful.
