Locality is great to the train station and restaurants.
The stairs as we had large bags with our motorbike gear in it but they allowed us to leave the big bag downstairs.

It was in easy walking distance to the town centre.
I booked this hotel partly as it stated it had parking. However, parking was on the street, and therefore very hit or miss in terms of availability. Nearby parking was only available for free after 6.30pm in the nominally paid parking bays. All of this was difficult to find out about as the hotel itself did not open to accept new guests until after 5pm. The bed was not comfortable and the room was stiflingly hot.
