Good location,near metro station, in a very quiet area Comfortable bed,spacious room

The policy of the hotel not to clean the room unless you stay for more than 7 nights . You must carry your garbage down and ask for new bag from the reception!!

Excellent size for a short stay. Excellent facilities in room.

We felt the room needs a 'deep clean'.

Excellent value and as described. Basic, but very clean accommodation providing a good base from where to explore Lyon. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage, small kitchenette if needed, good size bathroom with shower over bath. Hand soap, toilet rolls & towels provided. Replacement towels available from reception if required. The breakfast room was light, airy and very clean. A cold buffet breakfast was fresh & plentiful.

There was only a vending machine for refreshments outside of breakfast times. There was no safety deposit box in the room. For info only: Room service was only provided for stays of 7 days or more.

The room seemed much larger than advertised. Having a kitchenette and dining area was so practical and saved us time and money by being able to prepare our own meals as and when we needed them. Located in a peaceful area on the Metro line with 2 small supermarkets within 5 min walk.

We’d been up at 2:30am for our journey there and were shattered so I’d asked for early check-in but there was no flexibility whatsoever.

Location is out of the city centre but close to a metro station. The best thing was how quiet it was with the room overlooking an inner courtyard. The air-conditioning was excellent, quiet and effective. This was key in the exceptionally hot summer days. The apartment had everything needed for an 'at home' type of stay including kitchen appliances and utensils. Comfortable large bed. I did not take the breakfast and am grateful to the nice lady who managed it as she let me have tea and coffee on occasion. There are cafes, bistros and grocery stores nearby. The hotel also offers underground parking for extra charge.

Recommend. I would stay here again. Very nice size room (2 twin beds). I liked the en-suite kitchen and table. Bed was comfy and pillows were sufficient. Air Conditioning worked well (as outside temperatures were high 70s/low 80s with humidity). Loved the 2 baths; one stand-up shower and one tub with shower nozzle. Quiet (on 4th floor) neighborhood. A very nice breakfast setup for 12€, worth it. Has parking garage (although did not use). Public Transportation: Right in between 2 Metro (M) stops; about a 2min walk to Monplaisir-Lumiere station. About a 12min walk to Tram (T) station Manufacture Montluc which gets you to Lyon Part-Dieu.

My twin bed was squeaky when I moved, my husband's twin bed was fine. They did not have a standing circulating fan. No coffee filters in room for drip coffee machine.

Proximity to subway stops was great. We faced an inner courtyard which was very quiet. Air conditioning worked well.

On check-in, the receptionist didn't seem interested. All other contacts with staff were great. Never did figure out how to get hot water from the shower. Bathtub was high to get into and step out of. One night there was a loud group in the inner courtyard. It would have been preferable if the staff had been proactive and quieted them down. Food preparation area was a bit small but we ended up eating out anyway.

This is a hotel with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and very practical way of thinking was reflected in how the facility was managed. The wifi worked perfectly, the hotel and the room itself were clean, and the access to the grassy yard was something I would definitely go back for. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave oven, a toaster, an induction heating device with two plates, a fridge, a coffee machine, as well as with all accessories necessary for making and having meals. Two metro stations are within 200 m. A market, great boulangeries, and cute French stores are also accessible with a 5-minute walk.

There is nothing I could mention. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was really well equipped. There is small kitchen with all utensils you need. The bath and the toilet are separate what we really appreciated. The parking is in underground which is really good, especially in summer. The location is great. There is a metro station next to the hotel which leads directly in the historical centre.

The hotel could ask for payment in advance instead of trying to withdraw money from my card. I consider it as impolite. I also could not pay through booking because there was no such option. I think the hotel should communicate its payment policy clearer to the guests.

The studio was on the garden side of the house with heating or air con you can control yourself. It was quiet, as requested with a proper desk. On a direct metro line and walking distance to tramways. Shops and catered food outlets 5 minutes away.

The kitchen was minimally equipped and the plates, pots and cutlery were greasy. Hardly surprising, as the kitchen kit you get on request from reception has the tiniest amount of really cheap dish washing liquid that does not remove grease from dishes. The microwave was not clean; again, hardly surprising, as you need a ladder to reach it. I'm 1m70 and I couldn't reach in to wipe it out. I wonder about the safety aspect of a microwave so high up that you could tip hot or boiling food on yourself when you are removing it when it is cooked. Skirting boards and ledges on doors were grubby.
