Clean, quiet for a city, good location near main railway station. Supermarket nearby and big shopping centre opposite station about ten minute walk away. Kitchenette equipment adequate for basic meal preparation. Plenty of hot water. Bed and pillows comfortable. Simple accommodation and good value in my opinion. Easy to check in and out, even outside office hours.

I wasn't told when I checked in that the plastic tag on the key ring acts to unlock the main entrance door. The numerical access code I was given was changed after the weekend without my being informed and I found myself unable to get in. Fortunately, this was during office hours so I was able to call the staff and found out about the plastic tag.

We were staying for several days so it was very helpful to have a kitchenette and laundry. A good location, quite close to train station and metro, as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

It was a very hot week and we realllllllly wished there was air conditioning. While they did supply fans, we were on the top floor and made the heat difficult to manage. Also, because we had to leave windows open to cool the space, street noise was a big factor. It is on a busy street with lots of noise at all hours.

Simple but very comfortable room....was quiet and restful.Heating was good and hot water available always. The lady executive at reception was efficient dynamic and a great asset to the property..Ms D! Wifi connection was also good.A good location.

Perhaps the kitchen area could do with some upgrades.one of the hot plates on starting itself blew a fuse.otherwise cooking utensils were all provided for.

We were two friends in a 2-room appartement. Appreciated spacious rooms, clean and nice bathroom, confy beds. Small kitchenette with a fridge was also a plus. Perfect location, 10 minutes from Gare de Part-Dieu and the same from metro Garibaldi /or bus C3 which takes you directly to the city centre. Quiet neibourhood, safe location.

No big issues, so this is just to inform other travellers: No air conditionning so during hot days, no chance to reduce the temperature in the room. Fridge freezing even at the level 1. No kettle (just coffee machine). No hair dryer. Just one blanket for each bed (big enough for 2 people but I don't like shared blankets).

I was happy to stay there, it is close to central railway station Part Dieu. Bed was very good, I slept there very well.

Coffee for breakfast could be better. I didn't like corridor, lift, door scratches. It needs some fix, upgrade. It looks like there is not living only paying hosts, but also some people who don't care, who are doing this damages. I like more hotel professional style.

The location was chosen so that it was convenient to walk to the city center and to the train station, from which we left after. apartments with a kitchen are very convenient if you travelling with children. everything you need is in the apartment. the floor was quiet, the beds and furniture comfortable. in general, everything is simple, modest and corresponds to the announcement

no complaints. this is modest housing for modest money

The room was great, it had all that we needed. The location was perfect - it was close to the train station. which connected to the airport and close to amazing coffee places, grocery stores, restaurants and tram stations.

The room was clean, but the curtain was dirty and it smelled like dust. It would be better if they just removed it.

The accommodation was fair for the price. It had everything you could need, but at a minimum. It had hot water, sheets, towels, a minimum amount of kitchenware and appliances. It's close to bus stops and 800 meters away to the Part Dieu railway station.

Not as clean as I would have expected. WiFi difficult to set up and connect. There was only one remote for the 2 TV sets. The balcony was only half covered by the roof, so when it rained, you couldn't go out on it without getting wet. There was no coffee machine in the lobby (although there was a soda vending machine).

Good sized room with almost everything you need to self cater if you wish.

No kettle to boil water - not everyone drinks coffee! Finishing around edges in bathroom and on furniture could be better.

The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful on arrival, with clear explanations of how everything worked. The room was not supposed to be ready until 3pm, but when we arrived at 10am they were able to let us into our room immediately. The hotel is only a ten-minute walk from the Part-Dieu train station, and a similar distance from Garibaldi metro station, which provides a direct connection to the city centre and Vieux Lyon.

The only downside was on arrival - we buzzed at the entrance door several times and rang the hotel telephone number three times before we were eventually managed to get in. It was not a big deal, but created a negative first impression nonetheless. Also, there were no sheets for the second bed in our room (a fold-out sofa) when we arrived, but this was also resolved very quickly as a member of staff was soon sent to make up the second bed.
