The location for walking around the Old City was excellent. There were many restaurants to choose from and many sites to see without having to drive. The hotel had clean rooms and pleasant lobby areas to sit and relax.
The parking is difficult and you cannot access your car if you need to retrieve something. It does not have as many amenities as other Marriotts I have visited.

Location was good. Main reception staff and concierge were very helpful, cheerful and overall wonderful service. Just off Rue St Jean where there is good selection of restaurants.
Main bar downstairs was closed. Room heater / air conditioning was on the noisy side. Next door office building lights on all night so you need to pull the curtains when you sleep.

The location was perfect for the winter Festival, restaurants and walkable to Old Town. The beds were comfortable.
The WiFi was connection was intermittent. It cost for daily use and the free WiFi was difficult to access for Marriott members . Parking nearby cost extra.

It was a cut below Marriotts usual standards but not terrible in terms of room layout and overall comfort. There were some minor inconveniences bringing stuff up and down to the room via the little elevator and the loading and unloading situation is a bit awkward. Felt the price was a little high. Restaurant was not open for breakfast every day either and mid summer it’s pretty hard to find places to est close by due to the flood of tourists.

For an upscale hotel, it’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay for wifi, the on-site restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was seriously overpriced, and the bar was not open at all during our stay.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately our wake up call DID NOT happen. We did have a backup plan, ie set alarm on my IPAD otherwise would have been a disaster ie missed air flight.
Breakfast was much much too expensive, especially as was a buffet.

It was super clean and the sheets smell and look clean. Bathroom was great. Water pressure great, super clean. I love the lamp by the bedside. I also love the location.

Excellent staff- they were very very helpful to let us know what to see in Quebec City. One staff explained the old city in details which helped us to not miss any attractions. Check in and check out was really smooth.
The room was right infront of the elevator and the ice station. We could hear people getting ice in the middle of the night.

Location was the main factor...
With Covid-19, missed the concierge/butler parking... but I understand...Also view from my room was not the best...looking at a galley with buildings...always had the view of the Capitol and of Place D'Youville...will make sure to mentionned the view next time...
