Beautiful, luxurious room. All amenities. Super friendly staff.

The place is above a highly frequent bar / club. Notar until early morning. We didn't know about that and would not have booked.

Beautifully renovated with herringbone floors, gold hardware, moulding, marble and crisp white sheets. It was like staying in an apartment in Paris only it’s not too far away from home (Toronto). Also attached to two excellent restaurants. Normand and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They were professional, welcoming and very pleasant. We would love to come back to the Hotel Boutique Ophelia for our next Quebec City visit!

Nothing. We loved everything.

The room was great. The A/C was perfect. The bathroom well appointed and modern. The location excellent along the Grand Allee and in a block off the plains of Abraham. There are two restaurant. We had lunch at the Atelier.

Parking in the rear was a little iffy but it worked out. Towel and robe hooks seem to be missing from the higher end and newer hotels. The Ophelia is no exception to that. No elevator. The Restaurant manager helped us with our bags going up. Don't pass on this. Going down was easier.

I travel a lot, but mostly just submit a numerical rating of the hotels where I stay. For this hotel I felt I had to write something. This is a truly exceptional boutique hotel. An older small building that has been updated very tastefully. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The staff if friendly, welcoming, and helpful far beyond what you see at most other hotels. There are two outstanding adjacent restaurants that are owned by the same business, and both offer great food and great service - highly recommended.

Our hostess Elea is absolutely wonderful - she is extremely attentive to our help requests inside or outside the hotel and is a warm and kind person making us feel very much at home. The hotel room is extremely clean and spotless and comes with a lot of local gifts for free as welcome. When we arrived early before check-in, the manager on shift invited us for a drink on the house in the restaurant the hotel also owns. Overall, as a well traveled couple, we consider this one of the best stays.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was impeccable. Parking was easily accessible and right behind the hotel, which really facilitated our stay. We will definitely book again!

The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. It was glitching a lot. I wish the digital media player worked better, we love to play something in the background while getting ready but it kept disconnecting. We tried casting music as well from our mobiles and it wouldn’t work properly.

The bed, high ceiling, fridge, bidet toilet. Steffany was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location was good and parking behind the building was convenient.

No place to park for checking in. No instructions ahead of where to park. Extra charge of $25 per day for parking. Too many stairs to get to second floor. No breakfast available as was advertised. Strange smell coming from bathroom drain so had to keep door closed.

Well appointed. Small details such as shaving kit, welcome cookies, bathbomb and cocktail mix..all made in Quebec. Comfortable bed. Helpful and assisting staff..helped with baggages to 2nd floor room. Modern, thoughtful decor. Attached upscale, terroir restaurant...dinner and breakast service available.

Parking instructions. Parking is one block away. Steep stairs to rooms but historic building so no elevator available.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location to explore Quebec City. the hotel room was very modern, comfortable and clean. the best part was a friendly staff! they were doing everything to make our visit great! we would like especially thank Genevieve for her restaurant’s recommendations and reservations and Normand for his help with my Covid test! You are the best!

We booked The Ophelia for my mother in law at the last minute. From the moment she arrived she was made to feel welcomed and treasured The staff looked after her extremely well. The room she stayed was stunning, clean, modern and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful as well We are so grateful to Norman and the team for looking after our mum so well.
