Quest Joondalup

We love the variety of rooms available, all with everything needed for our stay (fridge, stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils). Comfy bed, room serviced most days and tea/coffee/milk/ shower gels etc replenished. All staff are welcoming and very helpful. Great to have the guest self use laundry. 10 mins walk to Joondalup railway /bus station through Lakeside shopping centre with cinema, eating places, supermarkets and huge range of clothing shops. 5 mins walk to local restaurants and bars. We always stay here when visiting our family...it's great!

Nothing to dislike!

The very personal touch from all, especially Carolina. We went during a time of bereavement and were comforted by the welcome, the warmth and room gift.

Given our excellent QUEST experience, I had to think long and hard.. to find any issue that we didn't like. Perhaps it was the very advanced television set in the room which we found a bit confusing to operate. The fault however is ours, being 76-year olds, and not tech-savvy.😂

The staff were INCREDIBLE. Note to self when international bands come to town, it's royally messy to find accommodation...... There was a last minute cluster---- with another accommodation provider who cancelled their booking ( Had overbooked/? emergency issue) and through this very website (Booking.com) it was arranged to stay at Quest. So - unfortunately due to a further issue, i rocked up only to find that nope, that too had been cancelled. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, BUT, I could not have asked for more supportive, understanding people when dealing with a sudden " oh wow where the hell do I stay for a training program now Perth is essentially booked solid?" Lucky for me I had managed to book the NEXT night with Quest - BEST EVER. Seriously, I got greeted with genuine warmth, my room was absolutely spotless AND they even gave me some little choccies as a gesture of good will! 100% recommend staying with them - Easily the best Quest I've stayed for customer service!!

That I wasn't able to stay for longer - this is an excellent spot very close to Joondalup hospital, train station and Joondalup gate shopping centre. Very easy walking distance

Location was very central for shops cafés train & bus station.Ideal accommodation for short term stay.Kitchen facilities ideal for general use short term washing machine and tumble dryer an added bonus.Size of apartment was great no problem ideal for couple.

Sofa bed was not ideal for chilled nights in and,mattresses were not comfortable for long stay.More frequent cleaning of apartment for long stay guests would have been more appropriate as kitchen bin on occasions not emptied for 4days and frequent visits to reception for tea,sugar,coffee sachets not ideal.Location of apartment not ideal as balcony recd little or no sun at all.

My recent stay at the Quest was excellent and the location is within a 5 minute walk to the Lakeside shopping complex and Jooundalup station. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with very good amenities and comfortable rooms that are perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff at the Quest are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities that I needed to make my stay comfortable.

The only thing I found frustrating was their Internet connection which was slow and would often drop out. I often needed to hotspot to my phone to get a better connection.

Without doubt, the perfect place for us to stay when visiting our family. 10 mins walk to the brilliant Lakeside Shopping Mall, the superbly integrated train and bus connections to everywhere in Perth Metropolitan Area as well as the beautiful, natural walking areas around Joondalup Lake . There was absolutely everything we needed in our comfortable, well set up studio apartment: complementary washing up liquid/ drying towels/milk/shower room necessities were replaced daily by the superb housekeeping team. Reception staff were SO helpful, friendly and available if we ever needed anything. We'll definitely be back!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

The check-in process was smooth and seamless. The check-in and check-out processes were properly briefed in detailed. The hotel staffs were polite and helpful in answering my queries. They even gave suggestions on nearby places to explore if I want to get to know the neighbourhood better. The room was spotless clean and comfy. The in-room kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were all in good working condition. The hotel is minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall and the park. I love the library is right in front of the hotel entrance! Overall, my spouse and I love our accommodation stay during our honeymoon trip!

The balcony was dusty when we used it for our outdoor dinner. The parking is a separate charge from the room charge. The parking entrance is small for big car.

stayed 6 nights arrived Friday, asked on Saturday if we would get new towels, told not till Monday, during our time we had to ask for extra soap, extra toilet paper, body wash, and dishwasher sachets as the two that were in kitchen were never replenished. i couldn’t use the bath until Monday afternoon as it wasn’t working, reported it Saturday and said a tech would look at it Monday. I wanted to use the bath everyday, but this didn’t happen due to it being faulty. I actually thought that if we were paying close to 3k we would have been looked after a little more.

The appartment was equipped with the essential stuff that we needed and staff were helpful. It was relatively clean (with the exception of a few hairs) and the location is good and in close proximity to a huge shopping mall. The bed is comfortable and the walls are keeping the noise outside the room

-Parking situation not great, we needed to park in a paid parking area -There were two washing machines and dryers for the whole building that were constantly busy, some guests using extra long washing programmes. Maybe it would be good to limit the washing programmes to the short ones, so everyone is able to wash their laundry.

The quest joondalup was lovely. The room was clean, the staff were an absolute delight, the parking was easy to find, the room was spacious and had all amenities for ironing clothes, spare pillows, aircon and safe, and all the basics for cooking a meal in the kitchen. They even have washing machines on the ground floor.

Only thing that didn't suit us in particular was the bed was a bit hard for us. But I guess that's personal preference.
