Joondalup City Hotel

The hotel is very conveniently situated , it is close to the freeway, but not too close. It is an easy walk to the hospital, my dentist , and Lakeside shopping center. The streets around the hotel are beautifully landscaped and set out . It is perfect for me. the country driver

The air conditioner remote needs some simple instructions left in the room. I did not get my genius 1 discount, That was through NO FAULT at all of the hotel.I must have omitted something when I booked online. I thought that when I booked in online with my email and password the genius discount is ensured

Surprised at how quiet the location was, the room was immaculate and had fridge, microwave, crockery etc. Outstanding for the price, especially compared to similar places I've stayed across Europe. Bus stops almost at the door, close walking distance to hospital, laundrette, train station and the huge Lakeside shopping mall.

Nothing to comment on, except that it's a pity that the restaurant has had to close.

Well located, comfortable rooms. Easily accessible parking and great location.

Rooms weren’t serviced each day. Extra milk, coffee etc. Bed wasn’t made. Never saw any staff to assist with directions except on arrival.

Location and room was excellent, no complaints at all with room or staff or location.

Need the restaurant to be opened up as couldn’t get a meal at the motel which would have been handy as I would have eaten dinner and breakfast there if it was open.

it was very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

For the amount I paid I thought the Hotel was quite dated. I have recently stayed at hotels and Apartments for similar price on The Great Eastern Hwy right near Perth and the rooms and facilities were top notch!!! I was disappointed there was no restaurant or room service.

I have a great stay there, everything was wonderful, nice staff, very clean room and bathroom. Good equipment in the bedroom. Quiet place and close to every service in the town. 400 mts from the Hospital, the main reason why I choose it. I definitely will be back.

Good location. Friendly staff member we met on Friday. Unstaffed (on-site) for the rest of the weekend but it meant we felt like we had the place to ourselves and it didn’t bother us at all. Hotel was nice and quiet - didn’t hear any other guests.

A few small maintenance issues with our room that I will bring to the attention of the hotel but that’s it.

The location was my main reason for booking as it is close to Joondalup hospital. Very easy walk from the hotel to the hospital to visit my partner several times a day. Parking was easy and the staff were excellent. I had to keep extending my stay as I didn't know when we would leave and they were lovely and very helpful.

Conveniently located to shopping centre and accessible to most major roads to different places

Restaurant was closed car park needs attention a bit of disorganisation

There was no food, the restaurant has bin closed for 18 months (covid19). There are lots of food outlets near by. The location is great for shopping centre and train line. The location was great for my medical appointments.

The arm chairs need to be high back.
