Ocean View Motel

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach (Would recommend a small beach next to Watermans Bay Playground) snorkeling was great in there, also a BBQ available to cook some prawns and sausages. Also, the bus stop was just a few steps from the motel, bus took us directly to the train station and the city afterward. Vel and Amanda were super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, spacious enough, with a modern powerful aircon, a fridge, a kettle, and a 32-inch LCD TV. The Bed was quite comfy, there was also a table with 2 chairs, two bedside tables, a small armchair, and a veranda with another table and two extra chairs. The room got cleaned pretty well, every other day + added new towels, tea/coffee and changed the garbage bin every day (always asked if we needed anything else)

Nothing that I could think of at this point. Some of the beaches had rocky ground, had to look for parts where most people swim to find the sandy ground and avoid the rocks.

Nie after spending 8000 dollars last 4 weeks since themy parents passed the owners here are amazing and do not disrespect yih likevsome people do and they don't lie they are helpful and very understanding they appiciste your privacy . and mist ofvall they ate very nice kind people and respect peoples proprtey and rooms tjrybare no 1 I want to thank them with all my heart for understanding my situation and needs nie if wantva good value hotel this is the place I sending all my friends here they lived it onevalresdy stayed they loved it can't thank them enough for their jindeness

Location was great, 1minute walk to the beach front, You cant fault the location as within a few blocks of a cafe either side overlooking the beach. the beach walk and road walk is hilly, but not to bad if the joints are ageing. Very popular with many people walking all day there. You cant blame them with a Coastal outlook as such. Plenty of beach access, with so many different styles of beach there as such.

The complex has all night lighting, my only complaint... Very bright LED lights makes the complex 'Daylight' when dark outside, I ended up throwing some towles over the one outside my room as the light came through the curtains.. I like dark to sleep.

The motel is located 20 meters from the beach. Has three coffee shops and a supermarket within walking distance and is located close to main road access without being so close as to hear the noise. Great friendly staff and clean rooms. People need to understand that this is a room for sleeping in a resting after a day at the beach of sight seeing. It has a basic kitchenette, Microwave, sink, fridge and cooking facilities. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. I will stay here again.

This is a basic motel with cooking facilities. Its clean and comfortable, not fancy. It has what is needed for a tourist.

Great location just off the main tourist drive. Beach only a short walk down the street with plenty of great spots to sit and absorb the superb views up and down the coast. A number of eating places close by as well as a supermarket. The room was very clean and tidy and well appointed with small table, microwave, small balcony with ocean views, on site parking, super comfortable bed and hot shower. Very quiet at night. Management couple Amanda and Vel very helpful and approachable. Overall a great place.

Ocean View Motel is a prime location being situated so close to what I think is some of the most picturesque coastline in the Perth metro area. The room options are perfect for family trips or weekend getaways for a couple looking for a no fuss setup with privacy as well as a friendly atmosphere from both staff and guests who are usually staying there. Plenty of parking(no charge) Very reasonably priced rooms many with balconies and location is first class. Many eating options within walking distance makes it easy and convenient

What an Amazing place to stay, The owners of the Ocean View Motel made me feel so Welcomed and very Helpful with my stay, I will definitely be staying there in future times and years, So close to the Beach and shops,

Communication good Room ideal for overnight stop and good location. Arrived late but already received details of getting the key from the lock box. . Staff helpful. Would certainly stay again and for longer.

Nothing concerned us. Upstairs rooms have sea view which is ideal if stay longer than just one night.

Awesome friendly service. We had quite a late arrival, and then a very early checkout - the staff were really helpful with this, and had good communication. Property is exactly as advertised, in a beyond incredible location.

Nothing stands out for improvements, we were really pleased and got what we expected for what we paid for.

Bed was super comfortable & supportive. It had everything you needed but the location was unbelievable, 2min walk accross the road to beautiful north beach. A few restaurants, petrol station close by. Me & my partner loved it & have already booked to return this year!
