Clean, great price, location was good.
Try to arrive early because you have to make your own bed, which is hard to do with the lights off in a shared room when others are trying to sleep. It's also hard to unpack in the dark. I tried to be quiet in order to not wake the others up in the shared hostel room but it would have been much easier in the light (I did not turn the lights on because people were trying to sleep).

Staff amazing! Armando, Jose and others from Venezuela are always Happy and helpfull. The rooms are calma, kitchen -1, location , recepción 24h View to the Palace. Wifi works 100%100, perfect to work from here. Always clean and accessfull.

I really liked the personnel, everyone was really friendly & helping, and they even upgraded my room without charging me for it, for which I am super grateful. Overall the location was great, close to underground, the rooms were clean, and it is very good for its price.

The hostel is super comfortable and rooms are great. Location is good, next to the Palacio Real and near to La Latina neighbourhood. Staff was super friendly - they let me pay a late check out for half the night.
Lockers in the room are very little and bed sheets could have been more comfortable.

The staff is really nice. I booked a bed in a room for 4 mixt and they gave me a room alone with private bathroom because my bed wasn't ready in time. They also took time to explain me what to do in town and where to eat.

The location was excellent according to the price. Staffs are really good and helpful. Washrooms and rooms were clean enough.
There should be some provision for ventilation, especially in the summertime. Also if the reception people can speak and understand a little bit more English would be great.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms and bathroom nice and clean. The hostel is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Kitchen facilities were great. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommend!

Location couldn't be better because it's right next to the King's palace. Rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Beds are basic bunkbeds so if you like bunkbeds you will like these.
There could be more toilets. Also more showers would be nice. Nothing else to criticize.
