The property is well located in centre of Madrid - property was clean and as it was self managed, hence it was great.

We were given the room on the 4th floor, which I understand seemed like a roof conversion, hence half the roof ceiling as tilted and due to this reason it difficult to stand in otherside of the room as our head hit the roof

The location was very central to Madrid, with many Metro and bus stops close by to make travelling around the city convenient. The apartment was spacious enough for two people and the small kitchen adequate if you wanted to cater/cook for yourself. The building had very fast WiFi, should you need to work from the apartment.

The additional breakfast was limited for the price charged, but the items offered were otherwise good. Madrid is a city that is active until the early morning, especially in such a central location. So if you are a light sleeper you might be woken by the ambient noise from the street. The shutter on the window does mitigate the sound substantially.

The location is excellent specially for people like us who visits Madrid for the first time. Anything you need is all in walking distance. At first, our room had a problem with the shower tray drainage, the water from the water tap was also unclear. Our first room was on the 4th floor, room planning at the attick was not too nice. Bath room is big but unseful. The pantry was equipped nicely however it'd nicer if the add some tissues or pantry towels. Glad the staff then moved us into a better room downstairs. The room was facing a department store "El Corte Ingles" that plays their theme songs every hour in the evening, very nice 😍

We found everything was fine. We asked for an extension of 1 or 2 hours since our train departed at 2:00 but the staff couldn't accommodate at all

very noisy. we could hear every noise on the street as if the window are not insulated. my daughter couldn’t sleep well in all 3 nights we stayed there.

Location was excellent, it was easy to find, instruction to get in was great! There are a bunch of great restaurants, bars and a super market right across from the building. I had to keep the windows shut the whole time. I loved that there is breakfast available for a small fee, and free lockers where I could keep my stuff for couple of hours after I checked out.

I wish I had asked for a higher floor room. As I couldn't keep the windows open due to privacy. While having restaurants and bar was great help with food and other needs, that also means no privacy in the first floor apartment.

Super responsive stuff! When we came, there was only one armchair in the living room nearby TV, we lived there for a 5 days and we planed to work from the apartment, so we ask customer service if it’s possible to have one more armchair so we can chill together nearby TV, and in 5 minutes poor:) girl administrator dragged the furniture into our room:) Thank one more time! Also it’s our first super digital hotel, where you do everything by yourself without any help (also it was cool to open the main door by your phone:)). Dog friendly (bowls and doggo bed). Stylish interior. Center location. Super good internet for working!

In the apartment with 2 rooms (separate bedroom and living room) there is tiny windows. I understand that is the building layout and hotel can’t do anything with it, but I missed the light.

The location. Very close to puerta del sol, gran via, Preciados street, the royal palace and parks.

We had an issue with the digital key. Thank goodness there was the cleaning staff there to help us. The beds were so bad, I specially the sofa bed, I could feel the coils and I am not a big person. The noise from the street was terrible. No noise blocking at all. It was like having the windows open or close made no difference. Too pricey for what it is.

The location is very central, easy to walk to most popular places, and well connected by Metro. The building is old on the outside but the interior design is modern with natural light in the common areas. The room was a comfortable size with a modern TV and AC.

Unfortunately, it was little things that ruined an otherwise pleasant stay. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped but it lacked some basics like kitchen rolls and dishcloths. The bed sheets and pillow covers were clean but the pillows themselves were stained and smelt like they need washing or replacing. The WIFI Internet connection had issues for more than 24 hours. We paid for luggage storage and were told that a staff member will be in the lobby between 1100-1130, but nobody showed up before 1120.

Beautiful apartment, big, super cozy, and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was comfortable. We stayed there during the heat wave and the air conditioner worked well. Our room had 3 windows, including one in the ceiling so during the day there was no need to turn on any lights and it was already well-ventilated. It's a perfect place for introverts cause you can do everything (check-in, check-out, make requests, etc) remotely - and it worked really well for us. Also, close to most attractions in the city so you can visit many places within walking distance or take public transportation which is also near.

The only thing we missed during our stay was a cloakroom to leave our luggage for a few hours on our last day after the checkout. We confirmed that the hotel didn't offer this option and had to find a locker.

Automated check-in process worked well. Got my access code early and getting into the room was very easy as well as the checking out process. Loved the location and the kitchen was equipped well enough for preparing light meals. The bed was really comfortable too.

Not their but my mistake; I always seem to buy the wrong size coffee capsules. The smaller ones are the right choice here. To make life easier one can pre-order a few ready for the room I found out later
