Novotel Vilnius Centre

Excellent breakfast - food is fresh, tasty, diverse and in abundance. The staff is fantastic - they all deserve at least a bonus pay! -so welcoming, courteous and helpful, and they keep the dining room clean. The room was bright, spacious, airy, and had great views of the main avenue. Furniture in the room was adequate (a place to work, to rest and to sleep), the furniture style was nice.

The readers in the elevators and on the room door, poorly read the electronic key, so i had to insert the key into those readers multiple times, sometimes more than 10(!) times - quite frustrating. The towels and linens were never changed during my week-long stay. I had to use the same towels and linens for a week - in my opinion it is not hygienic. The furniture in the room was mostly clean however, there were big visible stains on chairs.

The hotel in general was perfect. The location is amazing and ensured I was just footsteps away from all of the important sights and places that my plans consisted of in Vilnius. I'd like to give a special thank you to the women in staff with the name "Audrone" She was really caring and helpful. She ensured we had no downsides in our whole stay and always kept us happy throughout our stay in the Hotel. The house keeping team also did a great job as they ensured that the premises was clean and pleasant at all times. I was also greeted with great care of my partner who is disabled and is in a wheelchair. Help from all of the staff made my life feel much easier as accessibly for us is a very big thing and determines places we go and places we don't. Our room was on the 7th floor and a great panoramic view of Vilnius was seen which was stunning and only left good memories, Looking forward to revisiting thing place in the future.

The only thing I disliked in this trip which was more of a timing thing than a problem is that there was renovation taking place on the first floor which I understand is to ensure the places becomes better but the Bar was closed temporarily. This isn't a major issue as it didn't affect my stay in the long run and I still enjoyed the company of this hotel

Location, location, location. 10 min walk to old town Lots of restaurants and bars closeby. Comfortable bedrooms. Superb breakfast, with so much variety, one of the best out of all the hotels we have stayed. We have stayed here numerous times and will return.

Just a small observation but needs to be mentioned. When our room was serviced the bed was not straightened or tidied. Refrigerator not working but maintenance came immediately to rectify. Cleaning staff on our floor sat and gossiped in their cleaning room with door open and not friendly Minor complaint but does leave an impression.

The room was large and clean A fridge/mini bar A bath and a shower - with lotions and potions The breakfast is like no other, attentive breakfast staff, food to suit everyone. The location is pretty central to all sights. Great size TV with a few English channels Free Wifi

Outside the room in the middle of the street was a manhole cover that was banging all night, every night of our stay It would bang every time vehicles drove over it, it sounded like there was a skateboarder doing tricks all night. We did not sleep fully for our entire stay. We were there for a sporting event and needed sleep!

The hotel is located perfectly, couldn't be any better! It's located in the city center on the main street, there are a lot of cafes around the corner, so we enjoyed our stay a lot :) The room was pretty nice, we had a good view, but the hotel is big and our friends were located pretty far and it took about 2 min to get there from the elevator + the view was worse. So it depends I guess, but our room was nice and lovely :) The bathroom was good and comfy, beds were great. We didn't have breakfast, as we were leaving early.

Nothing to dislike, it's a nice and good hotel in the center of Vilnius. Liked it.

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. For some reason, the photos on booking.com gave the impression that the hotel is in some secluded area, but it's right in the middle of the city on a busy main street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi worked great. We also spent a lot of time in the lobby since it has a small children's play area (well-stocked with toys). Front desk was responsive each time we called them - once because there was no coffee in the room, and another time for an AC issue.

The lowest temperature the room could be set to was 19 degree. This was too warm for us. When I called services, they said it can't be lowered further on this floor. To Novotel's credit, the next morning when we were on our way out, the front desk person offered to move us to a different room on another floor where the temperature could be lowered.

Very central location - very close and walking distance to business and government venues, also on main street shopping and to 3 restaurant/bar areas. Perfect for business and tourism. Service is efficient and attentive/customer oriented: reception/housekeeping/restaurant. Wifi easy to connect. Tap water is filtered and this is just amazing. An excellent hotel.

Breakfast variety is a little small (comparative to other hotels, otherwise it is ok) and time for breakfast is short - I missed it twice. Beer in mini-bar/ downstairs bar is VERY expensive, but food is very good. TV channel connection is small.

The location was SUPER. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Even had a grocery in the next block. We walked to all the main sites and especially enjoyed the evening strolls through squares, etc. The street next to it was blocked off and filled with wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was excellent also but you do have to pay for it. They had gluten free bread for me when I asked. I also enjoyed the sauna. We easily stored our bags when we arrived early.

It was my second stay in this hotel and again it was more than just satisfying. The room was great and large enough. The bed was a huge and comfortable and the sofa beside the bed was an ideal place where to relax after work. A view from the window on Vilnius downtown and Gediminas’ tower was amazing and I was enjoying it every single day and night. The bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower is the great combination from my perspective which gives you a possibility to enjoy relaxing evening in the bath as well as just quick shower before going to the clubs in the downtown. The room has very pleasant accessories such as coffee machine and the kettle (with cups and glasses of course). A free gym is well equipped and the free sauna is large and comfortable. A locality of the hotel is simply perfect. The hotel is in the corner of Vilniaus gatvé which is the best place where to go for a party. The closest supermarket is across the street, which is closed for cars for most of the day. The main square and the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania are about 300 meters and behind that are beautiful city parks.

Only complication was extremely weak Wi-Fi signal in the room.

I have travelled lot around world. This Novotel hotel is one of favouries and I have been this hotel more than 2 months of my life. And always you can be happy this hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly and you have always good humor with them. Hotel rooms are concept is excellent. Breakfast you have many choices and large. Small gym, weights for couple. But when I have been there more than ten times there has always been space. There is too lot of cardioequipments. When I have been there only few and choices for almost ten clients. When I have been longer period I miss selfservice laundry. No own parking place, few places, parking place in front of underground, and further about 500 m cheaper 6 euros/24 hours. Grade 10+, excellent quality with fair price. Philip can really recommend this hotel every visitors.

I miss own selfservice laundry for longer periods travellers. But it is too much to ask and there is further selfservice laundries.
