Neringa Hotel

Neringa is a fabulous hotel with unique history. I have been there before the grand renovation, so now I have to admit that they did a great job making this place real gem in heart of Vilnius. Every single detail of the new interior made with passion of high class hospitality. I was very impressed! Our room on the third floor has a high ceiling (5m+), it's very unusual our days in a modern hotels, but it gives you a freedom of breathing. Room was equipped with all possible necessities. And every single item is high quality (minibar/fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, porcelain, lighting units, furniture, wardrobe/storage unit). An extremely comfortable mattress, superb bed linens, pillows of various softness. Beautiful view of Gedimino ave. through the 5m high panoramic window. And quality blackout curtains worked perfectly to keep privacy at night. An additional bonus was a large bathroom equipped with modern Grohe and Hansgrohe units, wide heated mirrors and spacious shower. Water pressure was great and thermostat worked perfectly. Drinking water faucet in the room is a big plus!!! Climate control system in the room superb! With no doubt it was worth to pay few euros more for the Superior Double Room ! And yes, roof top bar with a spectacular 360° view of Vilnius - must be visited! The same as a beautiful restaurant of the hotel with an amazing breakfast and fine dining in the afternoon. Well done, Neringa! We will be back again soon! And congratulations to all of your team winning against Marriott and Hilton and many others hotels in Vilnius! Alex

I felt sorry i didn't stay at Neringa Hotel on my previous trip to Vilnius :) It was my mistake

This place is amazing, I will definitely come back. classy design, comfortable beds, perfect location and private parking.

Breakfast was a kind of disappointment for me. I travel a lot and stay at plenty of hotels all over the world, it was the first time I did regret to include breakfast in my booking. There is a huge amount of places where you can have a pleasant breakfast in 5-10min walking.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms cleaned every day, the towels changed. The facilities are awesome as well. I liked the food (breakfast very nice, dinner a bit overpriced but still worth it).

There was a false alarm in the middle of the night, and it was a bit scary and completely confusing. It started buzzing at half past one, which woke me up in less than a pleasant way. It felt like it was a false alarm from the start but it was still an unpleasant experience as I was using the stairs drowning in darkness in order to get to the lobby. Quite a story to tell though). The lift was also a bit confusing - it only will take you to your floor but the card doesn't always work on the first try. It got some practice to get used to.

Very good classic hotel right in the city center, very close to the Vilnius Opera. Very kind and helpful staff, and good breakfast in the legendary Neringa restaurant!

The room looked exactly the same as in the pictures, large and clean with comfy bed. The bathroom had a shower over a bathtub, which was perfect too, not too small and with excellent water pressure, and the bathtub did fill up really quickly. This time I didn't have a chance to enjoy the restaurant or bar, but I saw it was fully packed throughout my stay, so definitely will tryout nex time. I loved this hotel so much that I didn't even want to leave, so my next trip to Vilnius has already been booked here again.

I wish the AC remote was there, like in other hotels.

The facility was perfect. Very clean, very tidy and everything was functional whilst the building was quite new. Elevator very fast and design very fit to the environment.

The staff!!I didn't like the staff at all. All the staff without exception were like doing a chore - unpleasant task while the customer got the feeling that they were annoyed when you asked them a question. No smile at all!! even in the check-in day. They also had 2 events at the restaurant (Thursday - Friday) and the noise reached the room. You cannot have events and accommodation at the same time. No COVID carefull environment. The tables at breakfast room had no napkins or tablecloth and you had to even over a glass. Apart from the staff at the reception no one else spoke English.

Really good. Not my first time at this hotel. It's thoughtfully designed - for example, the lift is in its own corridor, so not near any rooms, and although the bathroom door is heavy and seems to be a fire door, it stays open when pushed beyond a certain point if you need it to stay open awhile. These and other small touches are appreciated. I like the fact that there are opening windows.

I always have trouble setting the aircon and it seems to me overengineered. I would prefer an analogue dial, but that's a personal preference - others might disagree.

Nice modern hotel centrally located. This hotel has delicious food in the restaurant.

1. Unfriendly and never smiling staff (some, not all!) at Breakfast. It was on Sunday- the staff overwhelmed with keep up with bringing coffee cups, spoons, etc. 2. Our second stay - first time we got a room facing the construction outside. If you arrive during weekdays you may experience noise from construction (especially if you prefer open windows) starting relatively early. Second time we got the room facing glass elevator and facing rooms from the other side of the same building, meaning lack of privacy, unless you keep your curtains shut.

The hotel is super clean and construction quality is awesome: only the top tier things were built into the bathroom and nothing was worn out at all. Staff is nice, location also. The junior suite is a perfect choice. Gym is super modern and clean. Wifi was strong to run fullHD streams.

No Netflix on TV, but I knew it based on other comments so I brough my USB drive and GoogleTV, which I could attach. Minor thing: I would prefer proper cold fresh milk for breakfast over the room temperature UHT thing.

The location is near perfect situated in walking distance to everything within Old Town. The street it lies on is full of life, and sitting at the sidewalk café enjoying a cold beer or soda is wonderful. Everything was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Vilnius turned out to be a very nice surprise, as I knew nothing about the city. The people seem very chill and laid-back.

The breakfast buffet could probably be run more efficient. To be fair it was the same weekend as Rammstein was playing their rehearsal gig and a few days before their main show, so have in mind that the whole city was fully booked and filled to the brim with fans from all over. The food tasted good.
