Old Town Trio

Nice budget hotel in excellent localisation - quiet small street, very close to the Old Town as well as Rosa or Jewish Quarter and excellent communication with other districts. You can get to this hotel by 1e bus from the airport (which also matters). Room was clean, though rather small. Wifi: my stay in Vilnius was a working one and quality of the internet connection was problematic. No lift and expensive breakfast (10e - you can eat in places around for comparable/lesser price and better quality). Generally - despite critical remarks - I would recommend this hotel for short vacation/business stays. It gives you feeling of money spent reasonably and definitely not a smell of luxury :)

The room had plenty of space for storage. There was a kettle inside and a rather spacious fridge, so you can buy food and store it refrigerated. The desk inside the room is big and comfy enough to work with a laptop. There is a coffee machine in the lobby as well. Combined it makes the hotel a perfect choice if you like spending time in your room working and having snacks. The location is superb, the hotel is close both to the bus/train station and the historical centre. There were some free maps at the reception with some very good recommendations for the places to visit. The breakfast is very good, and the breakfast time is convenient as well.

Shampoo and shower gels in sachets is not the most environmently-friendly option, and the quantity was small. I would prefer a dispenser inside the shower. Did not like the fact that the bathroom door opens into the inside, which makes the bathroom very cramped (but I suspect it is related to fire safety and not blocking evacuation routes).

I liked that breakfast option was improved compared to last year. Thank you!) Stuff was very helpful. One guy helped me with luggage (long stairs are located near the entrance) and receptionist showed me the storage room (it is secured) for my luggage. Room was spacious and had less dust than comparing to the previous experience in smaller rooms in this hotel. In the room were two tea bags and two instant coffee bags, tiny fridge that was very warm inside. Windows were facing the main street which is good. Last time room had a view on the inner garden and locals had a loud party there till 3am, plus smoked. This time I enjoyed my stay here. Location is perfect. Near the bus/train station and not far away from the city center. Last year wifi was awful here, this IDK

Toilet had a problem. There was a pee smell, probably smth with pipes. There was a coffee machine but no capsules. It felt weird, if the hotel doesn't provide capsules then why machine is there?

Yes, it was a nice cozy hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are very soft. We rested very well after a trip.

The night receptionist Ilya was not at the desk. We were ringing for about 5 mins. When he came, he was extremely sleepy and didn’t even look at us. He didn’t say ‘hello’ and was extremely rude when I asked him if he was ok. He replied ‘It’s night time for your information’. He looked and sounded like he hated us for coming at 1:00 even though I informed the hotel about the time of our arrival.

Great location. It was close to the train station, bus station and old town. All within 10 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and had good hospitality. We asked for a breakfast box on the day of checkout because we had to depart before 7am. The boxes were very neatly packed with variety of food, which were much beyond our expectations! The regular breakfast was good too.

There’s no AC. We stayed on a very hot day in Vilnius, so a fan was not enough to cool down the heat.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet street not far from the station or the old town. Convenience stores and trolleybus stops are close by.. The room was clean and comfortable with tea making facilities and a fridge. The Breakfast buffet was excellent. I had to leave before breakfast but the chef made up an exceelent Breakfast Box that I enjoyed on the train

Amazing area in Vilnius to live in! Quiet, but close to everything. Close to the airport (around 15–20 minutes by bus) and walking distance to most sights. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast ok, nothing special but there were several options to choose from.

The staff could have been nicer. I said hello and good morning whenever I saw them, but I almost never got a response. But this might be how Lithuanians behave most of the time, because people in the city weren't very talkative :)

Great value for money - good size bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom is quite modern; the staff is friendly (I was able to store my bag and check in early) and the breakfast is self serve with good variety. The wifi was strong and I'd happily stay again next time I am in Vilnius!

Slightly further outside of town, although I normally wouldn't have minded (it was just quite cold and snowy when I arrived). The hotel itself looks a little dated on the outside, but the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.

Good breakfast, very comfortable bed, overall clean and the staff was very friendly and super helpful

No elevator of ramps, I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The location is good, you can walk everywhere in Old Town within 15-20 minutes, but I would not say the hotel itself is exactly in downtown, although it’s very close. And I didn’t see any AC controls, so I don’t know if it gets hot in the summer or do they use some sort of central air conditioning.

Suprisingly good breakfast and very nice and clean room. Staff was polite and they gave us an extra key card and late check-out. Tv was good and had good music channel. 24/7 reseption was nice and helpful.

Bathroom smelled a bit bad and the water was a bit too hot or a bit too cold there was no middle but after few minutes it was ok. Pressure though was better than at home. Although the room was very good there was super cold. Don’t know if it would be super hot in the summer.
