The price is really great for what you get. I really like this place in general and would stay there again.

My room was not cleaned after 3 days (I stayed for 4 nights, it's supposed to be cleaned every 3 nights). I told this when I was checking out to a staff member and got a reply that my 3rd day was the 1st of January and the cleaning staff was too busy, because of holidays and too many people. I get it (kind of), but I didn't like the attitude ''I hope she will not notice''. At the end of the day, I paid for it and it's not a professional way to deal with such kind of situation. They could have at least informed me on that day that my room won't be cleaned or would have offered to clean in a day before - seeing that hotel is fully booked and there is not enough staff on the 1st.

I really enjoyed my stay at the comfort hotel, based in a really great location, clean modern rooms, with all you could need around it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, but no service has or could compare to the treatment I received at this hotel from staff members Karolis and Evelina. As a solo traveller, it was such a bonus to my experience to meet these genuine, kind people. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted with huge smiles and welcomed in the most sincer manner. It was clear Karolis and Evelina felt very passionate about their jobs and the beautiful city they reside in. Not only did they remember my coffee order each morning without fail, but at the end of each day, they asked me how was my day with genuine compassion. Between them, they helped me with directions and taught me some basic lithuanian to ease my trip. I think people are so quick to complain but less inclined to give praise when it is due. Honestly, I can not thank these team members enough for their 10/10 customer service. Based on this fact alone, I would return to the comfort hotel. This experience has made me even reflect on my own job and has gave me so great pointers as too how I can improve my customer service in my own line of work. Beautiful hotel, kind staff and a constant good atmosphere. You should be really proud of your staff they represented your hotel with real grace and enthusiasm. Can't wait to return!

We got a great room with a spacious balcony and a view of Vilnius churches. Breakfast exceeded expectations - excellent coffee and variety of food. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere, we will definitely come back.

There could be a coil in the bathroom.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable, as the name rightly says it. I found it very modern and fresh, while everything was comfy and clean, both in the common areas (lobby, restaurant area, the corridors, lifts) and inside the room. The location is very good indeed: it's not directly in the historical Old Town center but it's very close to it, so you can walk there without any problem in 8 to 10 mins. Very easy to find. It's also close to the bus and train stations, I walked with a heavy luggage till the hotel and found it feasible. So, a nice spot from all points of view. I did appreciate the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom with a new shower. The hotel also adheres to sustainability principles (changing linen/towels once in 4 days, unless specifically requested to do so earlier) which is great. There's a 24h-open Gym space on the ground floor. The staff was helpful with my questions - including storing my luggage for a couple of hours after the check-out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and can only recommend the hotel.

Nothing in particular! I believe some rooms that are facing busy Kauno street could be a little bit noisy, don't know though - I had a room with a view on the side street and it was perfect.

Location was close enough to the old town, if you don't mind a short walk. We loved to walk and discover Vilnius that way. Hotel lobby is very nice looking. Breakfast choices were also enough for us to get a good start for the day. Loved that there was parking in the courtyard and underground for a reasonable price (look for signs, they are there). Bathroom was quite big.

Even though lobby is renovated, the rooms are not. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the room, just a bit outdated look for the fun and 'Rock'n Roll'y name and vibe. Breakfast was a bit crowded around 8 o'clock on weekdays, but not too bad.

Quiet location close to the old town. Room was in perfect condition and clean. The hotel is quite new. Helpfull staff. Cotton bed linen. Tasty breakfast. There were many options in the buffet. Good WiFi signal.

There were no real safes in the hotel. We asked staff for a safe, and he offered us a storage room, where any guest can leave & take their personal belongings. There is no control, who takes what from that room as the staff realistically can't remember who puts what. While checking out, we were asked to pay for a breakfast which we had not had. So, be aware.

Loved the atmosphere, the personnel was very nice and relaxed. Very clean, quiet rooms - only the loudest noises carried in from outside. There was an underground garage so you could park safely, a grocery store right on the other side of the street and not too far away from Old Town, bars, restaurants etc. We didn't try the breakfast on this stay, but I got my morning coffee from the lobby and it was very good.

The AC could have worked better but it wasn't too hot. My partner had a bit lumpy pillow and a small fridge in the room would have been amazing - but that's all the negatives I can think of.

Excellent hotel - likely one of my favourite in Vilnius within reasonable price range. Well designed, has everything needed. Excellent water pressure in showers - how important! Perfect cleanliness, air con, dark curtains for good sleep, and a nice touch of music when you enter the room. Staff were lovely too. Decent area - 10min walk to train station, 1min walk to a supermarket. The street is fairly quiet.

Pillows could be better, but I guess that's subjective. As normal, the noise isolation could be better between walls and door. People closing doors loudly can shake your room. People doing something else definitely shake your room.

I booked this hotel twice for my elderly grandma to stay the night before her flight recently. The hotel is located near the central bus stop and close by to grocery stores. She really enjoyed her stay and found the facilities nice clean and very modern! The most important thing was that the staff were incredibly helpful and overall great people, she had trouble finding her printer plane ticket before departing the hotel and was a bit overwhelmed, a lady working front desk got on the phone with me and we arranged a new ticket to be printed for her with no hassle which I really appreciate! 10/10 experience, 100% will be visiting again:)
