Hotel Congress

The hotel is located in walking distance to the city center and the Old Town. Breakfast is amazing good. Staff is kind. Overall very nice stay.

As I was arriving to Vilnius Airport at 1 am, I pre-booked pick up at the hotel in order not to have to struggle with transportation in the middle of the night. It was a nasty surprise that there was no one waiting for me in the Arrivals hall although the day before I cross-checked and received confirmed from the hotel. I learnt at the front desk when checking in that one of staff members just forgot to book the pick up for me... Otherwise my stay was excellent.

I was given a superior room although a standard had been booked. The room was large, and serviced/cleaned to a faultless standard each day. The bed was very comfortable with pillows of good quality. Although it was the first floor and looked onto a busy road, there was no noise presumably due to good window glazing. The en-suite comprised a large wet room with shampoo, shower gel supplied. There was a hairdryer, tea/ coffee making tray, safe and complimentary water. Breakfast was superb! Eggs, sausages, baked beans, cereals, yoghourt, cheeses, ham, smoked salmon, croissants and pastries. Overall this hotel had a calm efficient atmosphere with staff who obviously liked their jobs and their guests!

The milk for the tea/ coffee in the room was a bit frugal!

Staff was very helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet. Great location.

We got double bed which actually had to twin beds placed together and wasnt comfortable. However staff made a room switch so we could have a proper double bed.

The hotel has an ideal location: very central, a few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions of the old town. Gediminas Avenue is just a 3-minute walk away. It is easily accessible from the airport by public transport (buses G3 and 88 stop right behind the bridge opposite the hotel). The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was good. What I liked the most was that I had a beautiful view through the window right from my bed

Room was great. We were leaving at the top floor this time with declined ceiling light. Nice view from the window (Gedimina Tower). Breakfast gorgeous as always.

The heating in the room was too extensive. Fully opened window could not help to cool it down. Wall heaters were at maximum without ability to reduce the heat. Heating in the bathroom was too much as well.

The room was quiet, faced the river so not much traffic noise. Temperature was nice - not too hot. Room was small but it was a single. Bathroom towel heater/rack was on so that was nice to dry a couple t-shirts. Breakfast was 12 euros extra so I gave that a miss. Have to walk 4 blocks to get good coffee but not a big deal. Would stay again.

Could be noisy the closer you are to the elevator. So, check the room before accepting. Furniture is a bit dated - if that is important to you. (I don't care)

The location is just perfect - not far from downtown (Old Town), airport and the other side of the city across the river for those who care for shopping malls. The rooms are clean. Quite a few places to grab food in 5-10mins walk distance

Room was on 4th floor. Spacious and with little balcony. Bed was wide and nice! Location is very good, just around the corner to Old Town. Food was very good and there is a lot to choose from. Would definately stay here again

There is no private/free hotel parking. We were travelling via minivan so we couldn’t park in front of the hotel. We used city parking places next to river (300m from hotel)

Cozy room in the centre of Vilnius. Unbelivable, but it is 100% calm! I hade street/river view, and definitly hear no noise. Clean, nice personel(help me fo get my room earlier)

Every day hotel mail me to approve my crefit card! I wrote back that my Smart ID is broken and I don't have time to book an appointment in a bank to fix it. Next day still mail me the same. My card have been aporoved by booking.com, why I have to approve it to a hotel?

Breakfast was very tasty. Good choice and quality of food. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a nice stay. Everything around is close - bridges, views, old castle, old town, restaurants. I recommend to book a table in the old town if you come on Friday or Saturday. The hotel rooms are smaller than the picture , but very compact and with a nice terrace .

The only thing that caused discomfort was parking. If you want a lot the little good- paid, free one is on the street in front of a lot of traffic. The yards are small- it's inconvenient
