ibis Vilnius Centre

The hotel was in a great location, you can see the castle when you step outside, it was a little walk away to the old town and other sights. There is a supermarket around the corner and an ATM is in front of the hotel. The hotel is easy to reach on the bus from the airport and it will be a 10 minute walk to the hotel. It's worth to download the bolt app if you want to take a taxi to the hotel, it's cheaper then a taxi and easy to use, it's only a 15 minute drive. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was very nice with a choice of cereal, pastries, fruits, eggs, porridge, sausages, baked beans, fish,..I did miss yogurt and jams though. You could also make your own waffle. Otherwise it was very enjoyable and staff made sure that there is always plenty available. As the flight was early in the morning, the lady on the reception organised our Taxi via the bolt app which was great and cheaper, it was 11€. We also got a breakfast bag as we left early with a filled croissant, boiled egg, fruit, breakfast bar and curd snack. We could also use the coffee mashine at the hotel for free. I really enjoyed the stay

A coffee mashine is available and you can get free coffee until 12 but have to pay afterwards. I think it should be for free all day as there aren't any coffee/tea facilities in the room. Also a little fridge in the room would be great.

This is a good hotel for a short stay; the breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. I appreciated the drinkable, filtered tap water, but I would love to have at least a small kettle in the room. I had a quiet room facing the inner courtyard and it was indeed quiet, so that was great. Since I don't mind that the rooms aren't cleaned everyday on a regular basis, I was fine with that as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, so overall - I can recommend Ibis as a good hotel in Vilnius.

Except for the lack of kettle in the room, everything was fine.

it’s classic ibis experience. it’s clean and well organized. the room was spacious with a window. staff was awesome and they helped with every request we had. the location is not in old town but you can just walk for 10-15 mins only. Wi-Fi was so fast and nice channels from many language and countries. they have outlets on both sides of the bed. small tip: when u need more towels, just ask from reception. same applies for hair dryer and iron :)

the breakfast was bit boring since we stayed for a week. they only had pork and no turkey or other meat option. the room was cleaned daily but I could see that the sheets were never changed.

A good 3 stars hotel similar to Comfort LT Rock n' roll and Urbihop hotel but in a better location. Limited services in a 3 stars hotel like expected but you get value for money by Accor with Ibis.

The dish which I ordered was not hot, like been warmed up, I got my dish after only 2-3 minutes after ordering it. The breakfast was good by Accor like expected but I was disappointed with the food in the restaurant. Novotel their 4 stars hotel has one of the best breakfast in the industry.

The room was clean, location is good - 15 mins by walk to the old town, breakfast was fresh and tasty, nice and friendly staff.

In the room there is no possibly to open the window- I understand they are designed to be energy efficient and secure, but when outside is around 20 degrees it would be nice to have fresh air and don't use AC. Above my bed there was a plastic panel - a decoration, it was making noises when someone above my room was walking.

The room was perfect. Big anough, comfortable bed, nice shower, cleaningness, space for luggage and dresses, good light from the window, very good and variable breakfast, good times for check in and check out

The girls at the welcoming desk, although being particularly beautiful, they were not so talkative and welcoming. I had all the information I needed at the end but yeah maybe a smile would have been appreciable :)

Most of all we like breakfast as it was just wonderfully tasty and diverse. The room was cozy, comfort and with a nice view. Also we like the modern design and style. Location is amazing. It is very close to city center. We absolutely adore Ibis hotel and looking forward to staying again!

It would be great if bedclothing was changed during our stay. Wi Fi signal could be stronger. Sometimes connection failed. Room is a bit small for someone maybe, but the bed is very big, that is good.

Very good location, wonderful breakfast with delicious coffee and pancakes.

The design of the hair dryer was so bad that it was absolutely uncomfortable to use. The lower part of it heated up so it was hard to hold it in hand. We used the parking space and we would have appreciated more clear instructions from the reception about how to get in there, as we got a bit "stuck" in there, not knowing what to do :)

Breakfast was good, food fresh and tasty, cozy breakfast area. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Very basic room. But its sentral and nice place.

Minibar /small fridge would be very convenient to have in the room. We heard noises from the neighboring room or room in upper floor - slamming the door or smth similar late in the evening. Our bathroom door was making much noise for closing.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though a little bit too small. Good bathroom. Great breakfast. Very good hotel!

Hair dryer is rather an air burner. It heats the bathroom but the air flow is too small, so it takes quiet a lot of time and sweat to dry hair. Parking price is too high. One magnetic key card for a room with two or more person is not enough. There should be two.
