Holiday Inn Vilnius, an IHG Hotel

Easily reachable by bus from the airport, the bus stop is almost next to the hotel with the old town being only a short walk away across the river. We got an upgrade that we didn't expect and a nice city view to the more moden part of Vilnius. The staff was overall very friendly, both at the reception desk and breakfast. Got some nice recommendations. They really seemed to care about their guests and didn't forget to smile or ask how it went. The breakfast was delicious and there is also a private sauna available that you can book. The hotel feels very new and it was remarkable clean everywhere.

Some guests seemed to complain about the ventilation of their room, but it was quickly fixed by the reception. Apparently you can request ventilation to be turned on from there when needed. We, however, didn't have any trouble with the temperature of our room. A small nuisance: the young staff at breakfast seemed to be a bit over eager at their job, taking plates away almost non-stop, even when we hadn't really finished eating everything.

The staff were super polite and friendly. Helpful and very efficient. The food (breakfast) was delicious and had a big variety. I called reception late at night for additional blanked, so they brought it very quick. The receptionists gave me additional discount for the restaurant, which unfortunately I was not able to use, as I had a dinner somewhere else, but will consider it for the future comings.

That the parking is paid, also there was a very bad smell coming from the sink pipes in the bathroom. As the heating was not possible to be turned on (I guess because it is the summer season already) I had to call and request additional blanket as I was actually feeling cold at night. Would be good if there is a one available in the room, in the wardrobe for example.

Very good location and friendly staff. Super clear, excellent breakfast (4-5 types of fish, special pancakes, super fresh fruits etc.), the best breakfast ever. Big and silent room, parking place very close, right before windows. Bathroom very big (it is not so usual). Staff gave us superior room. In the room are very interesting lights - like siluet of the city.

Nothing to say, probably only we don't have in the room something for shoos cleaning. It is more like a joke :)

We, my friend and me (from Belarus), we liked staying in the hotel: clean room, calm, polite staff easy to deal with, etc. At the reception I asked the woman which language it would be most preferable: English, French, Russian. She replied: 'French, but unfortunately, I can't speak French'. I liked the humor, so we talked English. As for the location - not far from the old city, it's good! Still, truth be said, I'd like to live right in the old city. I had been staying for years in 'Mano Liza', Ligininas 5, which I had liked much. Now, it being 'Jolie' - we didn't want to stay there. In any case, The Holliday Inn is very good.

I've already written (my judgement may've been lost) that there is only one flaw: lack of a warm coil pipe. We got caught in the rain and couldn't get our clothes dry.

The room was spacious and it was cleaned from ceiling to floor, the coziness and the little details to ensure that the guest will feel taken care of - outstanding! The little note of the cleaning team, the list if channels next to the remote, the light switches especially the one that turns off all the lights! Beds were super super comfortable, had a great sleep after a long flight! The shower was also spacious and clean.

Mini-bar did not have one chocolate bar that was on the list that was supposed to be there. We were worried we might be charged for it even though we did not use the minibar.

The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever met - offering us tips on where to eat/drink/visit and spoke great English. The rooms are lovely spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was great too, brilliant selection!

About a 15 minute walk to the old town so you’re not quite in the thick of it. We love a walk so it was perfect for us and it was still plenty close enough (plus the walk is down one straight road :))

I wanted to pay my stay and said I want to pay because early morning am leaving so I pay but did not pay attantion extra and next morning i just left my card and they were shouting, sorry you did not pay your stay :( so in one way it was also my mistake but person, but on the end who is paying 90% of the stay few hours earlier and in 8 hours rest..... this situation was unpleasent.

tasty breakfast, big choice of food, very comfortable bed, warm inside, spacious room and nice bathroom. very nice sauna also

I do not think it is necessary to change towels with only 2 night stay… there is no option to say no for a change of towels, maybe it would be nice to introduce that if you put towels on the floor you want them to be changed. also the stuff is very short and not very happy but very polite!

The location is ve y good, as it is on walking distance to the city center. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The dinner was also rich and delicious. Strongly recommend. The staff was nice and friendly. I was impressed by the girl on the reception as she even tried to speak Bulgarian.

Everything was flawless.

Comfortable beds, exquisite sound isolation, audio system connected to bathroom with TV, very respectable staff (cleaninf)

One window was broken and couldn’t be closed fully in the number. The is no shower closer which allows additonal spalshes to be dropped while taking a shower, very expensive parking (15€ a day in a parking lot that’s not even that comforable to park in)
