Great location - as you went out of the door, the next door along took you into a side entrance of the Lille Europe shopping centre right next to Carrefour. The place itself was fine - room very clean; shower very efficient; kitchenette well equipped. There are no frills here - you don’t get your bed made, and we had to ask when we needed more loo paper, but the staff are very pleasant and accommodating; the heating worked, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

For budget accommodation, they do well. In winter, though, we had to keep the curtains closed because otherwise there was a drought from the windows.

The location was great - very central and close to the station. Shoppinging centre less than a minute away. The staff were extremely helpful. I was a bit worried because there were some negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a clean, good size apartment and had just what was needed for our stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. Enough space to hang and store our clothes for a family of four. Large fridge for fresh food. A very pleasant stay.

The mattress sometimes kept drifting apart as they were two mattresses that were put together to create a double bed. The kettle was on the draining area of the sink, I had to be careful that I did not splash water on the plugs. The cable for the kettle was also very short. Maybe it was longer and I could not figure it out.

The apartment was clean. The location is very good. Close to transport and supermarket. The staff were friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here. I would definitely recommend it.

The shower was not very good, especially for young children, no cubicle/ bath, so it was quite difficult for them to shower without getting the floor wet. The shower head also kept sliding down the shower rail.

Close to Lille station, we had a 2 bedroom suite plus sitting room with sofa bed and kitchen. Everything worked well and it was warm, quiet, comfortable and good value. The staff were helpful and friendly online sending us instructions for out of hours check-in.

Everything went smoothly. One suggestion they could add further instructions on which exit to use from Lille station which is on lots of levels and involved lots of stairs with all our cases.

Friendly reception, warm room, comfy bed, not too noisy considering there is an enormous railway station outside the window. Location was 2 minutes walk from a huge supermarket and also from the gig venue (L’Aeronef) that we went to. About 6 minutes walk to the smaller Eurostar railway station that we arrived into by coach and left by train. We were only in the hotel for about 15 hours but it suffices for our needs.

Nothing. It was cheap and cheerful.

1 night for two adults and 3 young children for a short stay. 1 double bed and then 1 sofa double which worked fine. Perfect location and very practical near centre and train stations. Small area but good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Also able to cook in room if required. Location felt safe.

Slightly tricky to find at night but ok once have orientation.

The views from the apartment were stunning. The apartment itself had almost everything that was needed. The quality of the bed, furnishings, bathroom was brilliant. The value for money was outstanding. Would recommend a stay here.

Lack of air conditioning!!!! Visited in peak of summer heatwave and there was no air conditioning. Was able to pick up a fan from reception which helped but it was very hot at times.

Location is excellent, it is very near to the metro station and just few steps away with the shopping mall.Grocery shops and restaurants are nearby as well and its very convinient.The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable.It is very safe to stay and facilities are good.Customer service are good as well.We had a wonderful stay.

Kind staff, nice room and the kitchen is perfect for cooking simple meals. Also very central location and great to be next to a shopping centre!

In some aspects it could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher soap looked a bit dirty and could have been replaced & it was incredibly hot in our room at night, so a working airco or something would have been a bonus!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and convenient to the old town and to both train stations. The bed was comfortable. The accommodations are basic but everything was clean and in good condition.

Provide coffee filters or at least one per each night of stay (or replace with permanent filters). There was nothing I did not like.
