The location is perfect, the room felt safe and quiet, and the staff was helpful and understanding. Loved being able to take a hot bath after each day of exploration!
Just two or three small things, I felt like one bathroom towel hadn't been changed when I arrived (it was a little humid still) and the closet didn't really want to cooperate. Finally, the documentation advertises a bar, which turned out to be closed, that felt a little disappointing. No flaw of great importance overall.

staff were very helpful, especially Christine. The breakfast was sufficient and had variety of choice.
Thought the room was strangely set out the toilet was placed near the front door in a small room, whereas the bathroom was put on the opposite side past the double bed. this meant that when you used the toilet you had to go across to the otherside past the bed to wash your hands.

An easy to reach spot from the station in central Lille. Clean and convenient.
The room was small space wise and obviously older with some clear wear in places, like the tub and furniture.
