It was fair price for the apartment. Also our studio apartment was upgraded as we were with a child. Staff at reception was very helpful. Good restaurant in a walking distance.

Location is not the city center. But has a good connection with bus. It takes around 5-7min to get to the bus station and another 15min to the city center. Also train station Vecovo in a walking distance. Overall location is okay, I am putting this comment just for attention of people who looks for city center.

I really valued having an equipped kitchen. Particularly useful when travelling with small kids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to a supermarket so you can buy groceries for your breakfast (and dinner). Walking distance (around 20 min) to the old town.

I missed having a dish washer in the kitchen. An uninspiring location with views to a busy street and warehouses. The way to the old town goes through some somewhat ugly/drepressing areas with narrow side walks.

Staff were all kind and the rooms are large with balconies, too! I liked that there was a washer in unit and there was a drying rack to use and the room was really nicely designed. They even upgraded our one night stay to a full apartment from a studio because it was our honeymoon, which was really generous!

The dryer costs 1 Euro for 10 minutes but unfortunately the dryer was not very efficient and our clothes were never fully dried. Also the machine only takes Euros which we didn’t realize, so get your change ready before you come if you would like to use the dryer :) Of course if you’ve got more time and it’s warm when you stay this isn’t an issue, you can use the drying rack!

The location of the apartment was very nice. We could walk to the center of Verona in 15m and the train station was also very close. The staff was nice and also showed us all the sight seeing points in Verona. One night the staff ordered some pizza on request for us. The room itself was comfy and we had everything we need to make ourself some dinner. The room had two balconies which where very big.

We would have liked to have a bit more kitchen inventory. We only had 1 plate and glass per person. We also would have liked to have sunbeds on the balcony.

Room was spacious and clean, also had a full kitchen so we could cook and it even had a washing machine ! The location is around the corner from the train station so its handy if you are traveling by train or want to head to Venice for a day.

Its far away from the center, about a 40 minute walk so if you want to go into the center of Verona for dinner its a bit of a trek and its not easy to get a taxi as its a very busy season for tourists.

Room was nice and almost comfy for this money, except bed.

The most uncomfortable thing was that we didn't had double bed, it was just 2 single beds pushed together, so it was extremely not comfy to sleep, beds were separating all night. Also we didn't really cared so much, but they gave us not that room which one we booked, but room wasn't bad, was also bigger with 2 floor. When you go for a walk, you always need to leave keys in the reception.

very clean and lovely staff! great facilities and everything but the stars were the two receptionists who went out of their way to help us. we arrived before check in but they accepted our bags to store without hesitation and the friendly gentleman helped guide us towards the best places in the city and even a lovely restaurant down the road, the second helped us check in and Carry our bags to our room as he saw it was heavy, really amazing staff couldn’t have been more happy with them.

only thing we could say is the shower is abit small but there’s all facilities and a balcony so nice otherwise.

We stayed in room B503 and I would definitely request this room when I'm next back as we often come to Verona for events. It was huge and had a lovely balcony. I like that the pricing is realistic because you aren't in the centre of Verona. But it's not difficult to get to the centre by walking about 5mins to a bus stop and catching regular buses in. We walked back from the Verona Arena after the opera and it didn't feel like it was that far of a walk. I really wished we had booked two nights so we could avail ourselves of the balcony. The water pressure in the shower was insanely good. All in all, a very comfortable night's stay and we will be back!

The staff was OUTSTANDING, great with suggestions, funny & always greeted you with a smile! We really enjoyed the neighborhood & it was very easy to catch a bus to Old Town.

It had a bit of differed maintenance, but were informed that was soon to be addressed & would not stop us from staying there again!

Staff at reception extremely helpful, friendly & super efficient. The apartment was superb. My husband & I were upgraded to a beautiful duplex apartment which was most spacious & had everything we required for our short stay. Excellent location as short walk to the city centre & train station is only a few minutes from the hotel. We will definitely return & recommend this hotel to our friends.
