What a beautiful place. The room was more like a suite, and was very beautiful with good views. The bed was comfy, nice bathroom, plenty of space with couches chairs and tables. It was perfect for our honeymoon and we would have happily stayed for a month. The hotel is directly opposite the bridge going towards some of the best sites in Verona, down a pretty street full of really good bars, restaurants and shops, around the corner from the main center. The breakfast was great and accommodated dietry requirements really well. Ivano gave us a route plan we followed to explore the city and took time out to make sure we were settled in and everything accommodated for both arriving and leaving. We actually had some health issues whilst staying there and Ivano went out of his way to help us on his own time as well so 10/10 all around. As one of my new favourite cities, we will be back!

....honestly struggling to think of anything. This was one of my favourite ever holidays, and as the final leg of our honeymoon, we were absolutely thrilled.

Very comfortable room, with good air conditioning and a lovely spacious bathroom. The host was very helpful and attended to any questions we had. Good location near lots of great restaurants and bars and walking distance from all the sights.

Our room was quite small and felt a little cramped at times. As it is an older building, the sound insulation isn't great (and our room had a pocket door which had a small gap underneath) so we found we could hear people in the other rooms/on the floor above (although this didn't stop us from sleeping).

We had an amazing 4 nights at Relais Ponte Pietra in Verona. Our room was amazingly beautiful, right at the foot of the bridge. Breakfast was brought up to our room each morning and was delicious. There were thoughtful touches throughout, and the room was well appointed. We felt so pampered! Our host was very helpful with recommendations and directions as well. We would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation!

The ONLY thing that could improve it was if the bathroom were bigger. The room we stayed in was HUGE and the bathroom was very small.

The owner was fabulous as was the location. He was so cheerful and helpful, guiding our car into the tiny but appreciated garage of this small hotel. It is located in a ZTL but very easy to find. Close to one of the pedestrian bridges leading across the Arno and up to a viewpoint. Restaurants right outside the door. Quiet at night. Not too far to walk to the main area of the arena etc. Hotel was opera themed.

Breakfast was served on a tray in our room and was adequate - just not the spread we'd been used to on our trip (probably a good thing!).

Probably my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in, location fantastic - right by the Ponte Pietra bridge and a short walk to everywhere else, the owner was very kind, informative and helpful. we stayed in the family room and all I can say is WOW - we were so impressed, clean, spacious and beautiful. The breakfast to the room was more than enough and so delicious. If and when we go back to Verona, we will definitely stay at this hotel

The gentleman on the desk who greeted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe he was the manager. The breakfast which was delivered to our room was fantastic. The room, whilst basic had everything needed for a short stay. Fridge stocked with complimentary beverages which was a welcomed touch. Great bathroom. Perfect location. If you are abled walkers, go across the Ponte Pietra bridge then across the road you will see some steps. They are steep and take you right up to the castle where you have incredible views of Verona. There is also a restaurant at the top where you can cool off with a drink.

Parking is off site. When you arrive there is a car park which you can pay for a couple of hours should you need to unload luggage and get settled or go to a cafe whilst time to check in. The free parking is back over the bridge though which is a little far for dragging heavy luggage over. Especially if you arrive during the day when the reception is closed for a couple of hours from lunch until around 3pm.

Excellent host ivano, cannot do enough to make you welcome, we travelled from Innsbruck to verona by car, hotel is super clean, no covid worries staying there, breakfast was so generous and delicious, best croissants we’ve ever tasted, thankyou to Marta for keeping our room clean and lovely toiletries, good sized towels in bathroom, this hotel is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the arena, take flat shoes as cobbles are hard to walk on , not good for high heels, the hotel is like home from home, we were given our own key, and were made to feel like family not guests, would highly recommend for value, location and friendliness

Parking is difficult in verona, given the narrow streets, but hotel had a private garage and we were able to use it, otherwise everything else was perfect, there was nothing we didn’t like and we were sad to leave.

This is quite possibly one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. The host Ivano was so welcoming, and chatted to us about all Verona had to offer and gave us directions. The room we chose was the top floor suite, which was just beautiful, the bed was comfortable, like a medium firm memory foam. It was more of an apartment in size, very large, and just stunning. There was a minibar in the room, with coke and water in it, which was a nice treat after the hot days. The host offered breakfast, and tailored it to what we wanted, and brought it up on a tray both mornings, which was such a treat after such long days out. There was Aircon through the apartment, which was very welcome as it was 30+ degrees outside. Location is fantastic, opposite Ponte Pietra Bridge, and within walking distance of the main town, there are also a lot of restaurants within 30 seconds of the front door, all good food. I recommend taking a walk across the Ponte Pietra bridge and there is a cafe that does delicious large Arancini balls. The restaurant next door (Antica Torretta) is also 10/10 for food and wine, a bit on the expensive side, but worth every euro! I would say, this was a lovely way to experience Italy for the first time. We will 100% be staying here again and highly recommend.

The only thing we would say we didn't love, was the shower, it was quite small, a little dated, and it kept running cold, presumably when someone downstairs ran a tap, which definitely woke you up in the morning. However, the rest of the room completely makes up for this, and I wouldn't let this falter us staying again.

Breakfast in the room was pre-order and pleasant, but the room we stayed in, the top floor suite, was absolutely stunning and spacious. Air conditioning was great, bathroom is a little tight due to the space it's in but it was fine with good water pressure. I would absolutely recommend it and would stay again. The location was terrific, not in the tourist center, but Verona is so compact that everything was easily reached on foot.

Everything was great but worth noting that the top floor suite is accessed by a narrow set of stairs which might be a challenge for some people.

We stayed here one night when we visited Verona at the end of a holiday on Lake Garda. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well kept. It was situated in a quiet corner of the old town, yet close to good restaurants and in easy walking of the sites of City. We were so grateful for the kindness of Ivano the owner who spent so long getting us a Taxi for the airport on the day the city was locked down for the final day of the Giro d'Italia. Our room included a lounge, kitchen and good bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and provided in the suite. The nearby retaurants were good. The Chateaubriand at Ai Mascheroni on Vie Ponte Pietra was wonderful.
