Very nice hotel, polite staff. Nice room with balcony. Thumbs up for cute cat welcoming visitors at reception :)

there was no noise from outside as we had room facing inner courtyard, but we could hear every noise from corridor or cleaning in other rooms. Not big deal if get up early. breakfast was very good in terms of quality but quantity of some products could be increased as it was hard to get some of them after 9am

I enjoyed my stay in Verona immensely, and this was due to the fact of the hotel with its unagitated charming staff. An oasis of tranquility away from Romeo&Julia craziness ;-), the hotel is situated in friendly and quiet location with sympathic no-name-shops around. Nice walk to the city beside. The hotel and its furnishing is from solid and classical quality. Super beds and bedlinen. Good beside lights. Breakfast excellent. Even in rush hour, my cappuccino was made with passion! Thank you! 10 points from 10 for hotel Italia! -and this credit belongs to the staff. With the greatest pleasure again!

Efficient and polite staff, good room, good location about 15 mins walk from the old city centre. Breakfast very good, but it was not self service - you had to ask for everything. So while there was no limit, portions were being controlled (even little packs of butter)

Everything was fine, but it just felt a tiny bit penny-pinching. So a tea try in the room was an extra €5 per day. And it was not cheap anyway.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel cat was a true beauty! As it was very very hot the air on was fabulous!

Sadly the breakfast was a served by a member of staff rather than the usual buffet due to covid! This is of course not the hotels fault but made me feel a little uncomfortable. I booked the undercover parking and provided my car details, however the parking space was tiny and left my car sticking out! Another car pushed past and miraculously didn’t hit me, but it did leave me feeling uneasy. I understand the space is limited but still.

I have stayed at this hotel before, then pre pandemic times evening meals were available but that is not the case now, now it is an upmarket B&B. Twenty minute walk into the centre of Verona but it is in a quiet location and the staff very friendly.

The lack of the availability of an evening meal and the fact there isn't a bar.

Very cosy room, spacious and well-equipped. We were having 4th floor room with mansard roof, and little rain gently plucking on the ceramic tiles was the best sound to fall asleep :) Breakfast was not the richest I’ve seen, but still good, with selection of fruits and pastries. Personal on reception was very nice and attentive. It took us 10 minutes to reach the old city by foot, so location is also quite okay.

The staff were amazing, very kind helpful and smiling. Location is walkable to most interesting areas in Verona.

The wifi is slow in room, must be improved.

Everything was very good, we enjoyed all of moment in Verona. We are come back in the nearest future.

Just only the coffee will be better. We would like to drink real italian espresso, but it was not tasty. We apologise to the staff on this occasion too! Everything else was very delicious!

We spent a week at Hotel Italia, Verona. We want to thank especially the staff for the wonderful service, Marina, Nicolo and Eduoardo. They were always very helpfull and fr iendly

The breakfast was simple.There could have been more of a variety of food and self service would have been better.

Good facilities, nice clean room good breakfast easy parking. The staff were very helpful and polite. Not that far to walk to old town. I would go back to this hotel.
