NH Nice

The roof terrace with the pool is fabulous. The bar/restaurant on top does absolutely delicious food and drink. Very high quality and freshly made by friendly chef. The pizzas and ceaser salad were particularly yummy. Rooms were good sized with comfortable beds and a good bathroom/shower.

The location is a bit out of it in my opinion if you're traveling with young kids. And I wouldn't of felt comfortable walking home at night. It's in quite a local residential area. That being said there is a tram right outside the hotel. 15 mins walks to main part of Nice. The mini-bar could of been stocked much better in my opinion and there is only complimentary water at reception, not in the room which isn't ideal.

the location is amazing. close to Nice Riquier you get to Monaco in 25 minutes, and some of the nicest beaches on the Cote D’AZur in between 15-45 minute’s depending where you go. City Centre is 5 min tram or 20 minute walk. Lots of green spaces nearby for families. Breakfast was good and roof terrace has amazing view of nice and surrounding

The view of the Palais des Expos isn’t great but then again you’re not really spending that much time in the room. We were changed to view facing the main road and it’s was lovely however.

The hotel respects NH standards. The location is well connected by public transportation (tram). The availability of private parking places in the nearby garage is a big advantage. The reception staff is responsive. They handle issues in a prompt and competent way. The rooftop café is nice. Very friendly staff :-) The best staff member is a senior staff member working in the breakfast area (the one with perfect English). He's really very professional and super nice!

Breakfast is overpriced. 23 euro is really too much. The hotel is located in a relatively bad neighbourhood. It is not a safe area to walk around during the night.

We stayed in a superior double room and the facilities and the state of the room where outstanding. Staff overall were quite friendly and welcoming, especially Cecilia! The best part is that there is a free car park right next to the hotel, which really helps you save money on parking fees (15-25 EUR per day). The location is also quite good, you have access to many shops and restaurants nearby, and Promenade des Anglais is ~20 minutes walking. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, and you can enjoy it both inside and outside.

Overall no major red flags. The pool area was nice, but can get crowded. Some staff could be more accommodating.

A large and comfortable room. Well sound proofed from the adjacent traffic. Very helpful staff on reception, especially Diego. An enjoyable swimming pool, but with size and depth limitations.

No cupboards or drawers in the room to unpack clothes, only a wardrobe to hang items. When it rained, the rooftop restaurant became wet and essentially closed. Some days the servicing of the room was very late, past 4 o'clock at times.

It was beautiful and fresh hotel rooms. Kind staff.

Something that came as a down side was paying for all of the drinks and snacks in the room on the before hand. I mean I get it they don’t want people to use and then just not pay. So you have to ask them to send it back before leaving if you don’t use any of the things and it feels a little uncomfortable not knowing if you will receive your money back. Other than that all was very well.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant and offered us umbrellas on a day which it was raining which i thought was a nice touch. Our room was a good size and the rooftop pool was perfect for chilling out in the afternoons. The hotel is also in a very good location being a 15 minute walk from the main town but there is a tram stop tight next to the hotel which will take to to the beach/city center in 5 minutes.

We were given two single beds joint together instead of the queen bed i requested which was sometimes frustrating as the single beds managed to separate at times. Sun loungers were also sometimes difficult to come by and you had to be at the pool as soon as it opened to get a lounger, but i understand the hotel cannot do much about this as there is only limited space on the roof.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good accessibility by tram to the beach. Beautiful clean room, beautiful view of the sunrise from the room, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed.

After dark we did not feel safe around the hotel, when we left the hotel we received a higher payment amount than we should have, the hotel did not even apologize, the money was returned to us, however, it spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.

Location a little away from the tourist traps meant you got a local feel to Nice. Rooms were excellent and well sized. We had a deluxe double and it was well fitted out and maintained. Rooftop area was a real bonus after a day in the sun walking around or wanting a day of relaxation at the pool. Food was excellent at rooftop bar. Staff were fantastic well mannered and also very knowledgable.

Nothing really comes to mind apart from maybe a refresh of the building exterior and more soft seating in the bar area. Rather than trying to focus on it being a restaurant. People eating whilst relaxing on soft furnishings would be better in my opinion.

Comfortable room, super comfortable bed ,good size bathroom with great lighting.lVery clean . Nice roof top facilities like swimming pool,bar and restaurant,all with nice view over the city. Location is good, about 15 min walk to historic centre. However there is tram few steps away if don’t fancy walking. Lovely staff.

Wi-Fi in room on 5th floor was quite poor but it did not matter much as we were on holiday and didn’t need internet .
