The location is central, a few steps from the tramway, all the staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, everything was beyond our expectations.

Good service, especially Milica, she was very helpful! Room was comfy and clean. Hotel is very close to main train and bus stations, so you can be in Monaco in less than 30 minutes!

This place exceeded all of my expectations. The room was facing the street but you could barely hear anything (we are light sleepers). The A/C was a life saver and helped us cool down after walking around in the heat. The room was a good size for a couple, it wasn’t huge but definitely not too small. Location was very convenient and close to Place Garibaldi which has a lot of great options for dinning, even if you arrive late. The hotel allows you to leave your luggage after checking out for no extra cost so that was brilliant since our flight back home was only at 9pm. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The hotel was everything and more we hoped for! The staff was so great, polite and helpful, the breakfast was really good, varied and tasty, the rooms are indeed small but the space is so well organised that u never even think about it. It’s really close to the public transport, walkable distance to the center and close to the train station. Our room was cleaned daily and we got everything we needed. The one who planned the rooms and bathrooms did a really great job to maximize the space. We will for sure be coming back next time, don’t hesitate to stay here on your vacation.

A little noisy but nothing over the top. It wasn’t a problem for us.

The hotel was very nice with us, we missed our flight because some problem with the airline company, and, the hotel agreed to help us and bring us breakfast for free (because we had to get the flight next day and we lost one day of accomodation that we already have payed,We didn't like that they didn't refund one night of accomodation, because we lost our flight (but okey,they gave us breakfast,and they also helped us). And it was not the hotel fault,it was the fault of the airline service.) but the hotel was very nice and they also made us an upgrade and helped us,for free. But in the end, the staff was very careful and nice to us. The hotel is very near the center and a very good price for what it offers. We gladly recommend you to stay here.

The hotel receptionists were very friendly! They gave good information about Nice and also about how to good to Monaco (they gave the suggestion: 1 way by bus and other way by train). It was the best option to see the beautiful coast line. I was earlier, but for the hotel it was not a problem. The hotel is good located, nice city center is in walking distance. 10 minutes to the old port and old city center. There is also a metroline by 2 mins walking. They offer Coffee and tea in the room. Had a very good stay! Again I loved how friendly the receptionists were!

The hotel is located near many great locations, such as Port, Old Town, Garibaldi Square, etc. Close to the tram line that goes to the airport, so it's very accessible from the airport. But the best is the staff! We had a problem with some noise from the street and other guests on our floor, but a kind lady at the reception found us another room, much more quiet and comfortable, despite there were no available rooms on Booking! She literally saved our trip. Ohter people were also very kind and helpful, suggested us many great places and restaurants to visit. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!!

The staff we're very friendly and the location was superb. We stayed quite long and they had room cleaning service everyday (fresh towels and such). There were so much food options in the area and very near the old town. We just walked almost everywhere and when we took the tram, it was pretty much accessible as it was literally right at the corner of the hotel.

The door of the rooms where not insulated very well, although it kept the room cold, you can hear the other guests. Not quit pleasant when they make a lot of noise. However, most of them where very respectful to keep it down by midnight.

The staff were super nice and friendly especially Quentin. He always asked us if we needed anything and was always quick to give us tourist info/ or what to see etc. You can tell he actually cares about the guests. The property itself is great, very close to transport links/ close to a lot of restaurants and galleries/ museums. (A lot of halal food nearby) The rooms were immaculate, fresh and tbh I couldn’t hear any noise. I asked the staff to deep clean the rooms and they did that for us too. I will definitely be staying here again and telling my friends/ family about the hotel. We liked our hotel rooms, we had 1 room with a balcony and the balcony was MASSIVE. There was nothing bad about staying here, the cleaning people were nice and tidied our rooms for us everyday. What made the stay even better was that the hotel staff were very very friendly. I’ve stayed at a lot of different places and nothing beats the customer service provided here. I forgot my jewellery at the hotel and Quentin posted it back to the UK. The hotel has exceeded our expectations. Really was not expecting this at all. Quentin you are amazing !!!!! No complaints whatsoever. Will be back for sure. ♥️

Nothing, no complaints. If we needed anything the hotel staff were always there. We needed to use an iron the hotel staff gave one to us right away. They offered us water/ tea/ coffee when we arrived and when we were waiting to check in. AMAZING customer service! 💯
