Very comfortable beds

I spent several nights here and have no complaints. Everything was clean and comfortable, good AC, consistent free wifi, and a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from. Staff was friendly. I’ve stayed at ibis hotels before and they are always a solid choice, in my experience.

The hotel is in excellent location-very central and close to the beach (Promenade des Anglais). Also very close to shops, cafes, supermarkets, etc. A clean place to stay with basic facilities.The beds were really comfortable and shower very good.

The room had a strange smell and there was no fridge - this was a problem because of a heatwave at the time we visited Nice. Also, the staff could be a little more polite and friendly.

We loved our stay here - the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and modern. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet too.

Literally the only thing that stops this being a 10 was the air conditioning not being great which affected our sleep, but this was down to the unit itself and we didn’t flag it with the staff so no one had a chance to rectify it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and follow the Ibis standard (we had what we were expecting). Wifi worked well. The price was good considering it was high season. The location is good, there are stores, markets and restaurants around. It is possible to walk to the city center, but there is also a tram station next to it. Breakfast was great and it is worth the price. They checked proof of testing or vaccination to enter the restaurant.

The parking garage next to it was very expensive, but we manage to find a cheaper one in the surroundings.

Nothing to complain really. It is very standard hospitality offered by hotel-chain. Nice (nomen omen) location, fair price, acceptable standard, room clean and friendly stuff.

Our room did not have even the smallest fridge. And you cannot smoke on the balcony. And the elevator might be a little bit claustrophobic.

Very clean room and bathroom. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Room was big enough. Location was good on a quite street: close to train station and also to the center. I was able to let my luggage at the reception as I had a late flight.

Great location, decent hotel, you can walk to most places.

One of the staff was very rude. The aircon was not functioning properly and we mentioned after the first night itself, only to be told "it usually works and it's not like your refrigerator". Neither is that professional nor courteous and showed a lack of basic empathy.

location was good. 5 minutes walk from the train station. staff are nice! the room was good. most of the staff are nice and answer questions. they speak English which is amazing!!

not much.. but maybe the elevator is a bit small and slow. The bathroom’s window makes you feel a bit exposed but I think it’s fine!

The bed was comfy, staff is excellent, good location.

Furniture is outdated. Price was a bit high for this. Seams more like motel.
